When you shop online, simply select Collect in Store at checkout. Please note, it will only appear as a delivery option for UK orders and if everything in your bag is available with this service. You'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect in store. You'll just need your order reference & a form of ID with your name on (driving licence, passport, bank card) to collect your parcel.
Once you have selected Collect in Store and completed your order, Harrods cannot redirect your order to another location or address.
Orders can take 3 to 4 business days to be delivered to your chosen Collect in Store location. When your order has arrived, we will send you an email to let you know it’s ready to be collected. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only.
You have up to 10 days to pick up your order in-store. If you have not collected your order within this timeframe, your order will automatically be returned for a refund, which can take up to 3-5 business days.
Collect in store is free of charge.
Please note that this excludes Furniture orders.
