Harrods Rewards members receive an exceptional range of benefits and privileges, including Rewards points each time you spend. For every 500 Rewards points you earn, we credit £5 to your Rewards card. This is your Cash Reward.
- What is Cash Reward?
Cash Reward is calculated by converting your Rewards points earned throughout the year into a balance you can spend in-store. For every 500 Rewards points you accrue by 31st December, £5 will be credited to your Rewards card. Any remaining Rewards points will form your opening points balance the following year.
Gold- and Green-tier members will have their Cash Reward credited on 1st February each year.
Black-tier members and Harrods American Express™ cardholders can spend their Rewards points at any time throughout the year, but any points remaining on 31st December will be converted into a Cash Reward on 1st January 2017.
Cash Reward will be available to spend in-store until 31st May 2017.
- How do I spend my Cash Reward?
Cash Reward will be available to spend on your Rewards card. You can use your Rewards card in the same way you would use a debit card to pay for most of your purchases in-store at Harrods, Knightsbridge.
Simply present your Rewards card at the point of purchase and advise the sales associate that you wish to pay using your Cash Reward.
Cash Reward is only available to use in-store at Harrods, Knightsbridge (excluding Gift Cards or purchases made at Abercrombie & Kent and Qatar Airways) and cannot be used to pay for purchases made via telephone, by mail order, online at harrods.com or at airports.
You can use your total Cash Reward to pay for a single purchase, or alternatively use part of it to pay for separate transactions.
Ensure you have used all your Cash Reward by 31st May as it is only valid until this date.
- How do I check my Reward Balance?
You can check your how much Cash Reward you have by logging into your account at harrods.com/login and selecting View Rewards Statement from the Harrods Rewards Menu.

- Special offers to spend your Cash Reward
If you have met certain criteria, you may have received a special offer from us by email, post or text message when you spent your Cash Reward balance.
You will be able to benefit from this offer on all the transactions you make using your Rewards card and Cash Reward balance during the offer period, providing the transactions meet the offer criteria:
- Always use your Cash Reward to pay for the total or part of a purchase so these transactions qualify. Any transactions made during the offer period without using your Cash Reward will not be eligible for the campaign.
- If you have received a double-points offer, it will be calculated over the total value applicable for the incentive. Double points will appear in your July Rewards statement.
