Collect in Store
Collection in Store is available at all of the following UK locations:
Harrods Knightsbridge

Our Knightsbridge Click and Collect area is located in The Lobby, opposite our Harrods Roast & Bake Cafe on Basil Street.

When you shop online, simple select Collect in Store at checkout. Please note, it will only appear as a delivery option for UK order and if everything in your bag is available with this service. You'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect in store. You'll just need your order reference & a form of ID with your name on (driving licence, passport, bank card) to collect your parcel.
Once you have selected Collect in Store and completed your order, Harrods cannot redirect your order to another location or address.
When your order has arrived, we will send you an email to let you know it's ready to be collected.
You have up to 10 days to pick up your order in-store. If you have not collected your order within this timeframe, your order will automatically be returned for a refund, which can take up to 3-5 business days.
Collect in store is free of charge.
Orders placed using our Collect in Store service can be returned in the same way as any other online order. For more information, please read our Returns FAQs or visit our Retruns Portal to initiate your return (subject to our Terms & Conditions).
