Can I earn points on all my purchases?
Yes, on purchases made at Harrods Knightsbridge*, Harrods
airport stores and Harrods 102, as well as purchases made through
Harrods Home Shopping catalogues and harrods.com (please register
your Rewards card with your harrods.com account).
How can I keep track of how many points I've earned?
We'll send you a regular statement telling you how many Rewards
points you have earned to date. You can also check your points
balance at any time by registering online at harrods.com.
Can I redeem my points at any time?
At the highest level of membership - Black tier - you can choose
to convert your Rewards points at any time simply online on
harrods.com, or by contacting the Harrods Rewards Managers on +44
(0)20 7893 8408 at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, Rewards
can only be redeemed between February and May of the following year
when your points will be converted into cash and loaded onto your
Rewards card.
Do I have to wait a whole year to be upgraded?
No. As soon as your spending qualifies you for a higher level of
membership, you will automatically be upgraded. We will confirm
this in writing and send you a new Rewards card if necessary. You
will then be entitled to enjoy all the benefits this upgrade
brings.
What happens if I don't spend enough in a year?
If your spending falls below that required for your existing
level of membership, you will then revert to the level that matches
your spending. However, you will be upgraded again as soon as your
spending goes back up to the relevant level.
What if I forget my Rewards card when I am shopping?
If you have forgotten your card, please go to a Rewards Station
in-store to obtain a temporary Rewards card.
If I forget my Rewards card, can I bring the receipts back at a
later date to be credited to my account?
Yes. Rewards points can be credited to your account after the
day of purchase. This can be done online by logging into your
account at harrods.com, emailing us at rewards@harrods.com or by
calling the Rewards Team on +44 (0)20 7893 8408.
What if I lose my Rewards card?
You should immediately request a replacement card by logging
into your account at harrods.com, or contact the Rewards Managers
on +44 (0)20 7893 8408. We will arrange for a replacement card to
be sent to you as soon as possible (international customers must
collect their replacement cards in-store). In the meantime, please
go to a Rewards Station in-store on the second or third floor to
obtain a temporary Rewards card.
How long do my points last?
If you have collected 500 Rewards points or more your points
will be converted into Cash Reward and loaded onto your Rewards
card in February of the following year. If you have not reached 500
points your points will carry forward to the following
February.
How soon will my Rewards points be registered?
The Rewards points will be registered on the system between 24
and 48 hours after your purchase.
Who do I notify if my address changes?
You can update your personal details online on harrods.com,
contact the Rewards Managers on +44 (0)20 7893 8408, or send your
details via email to rewards@harrods.com.
