Important information

  1. Large and bulky goods, special order items and furniture are subject to additional carriage charges and delivery times will vary. Please see the Delivery Information in our Terms and Conditions for full details.
  2. Certain Harrods products are dispatched directly from the vendor. Any changes in delivery times or charges related to this will be stated in individual product descriptions.
  3. Items that have a special delivery charge, including glassware, electronics, furniture, mirrors, lighting and large and bulky goods are available for delivery to UK mainland only. This excludes Scottish Highlands, certain British islands and selected postcodes throughout the UK, unless otherwise stated.
  4. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
  5. If we attempt to deliver large and bulky goods or furniture to a delivery address but delivery is impossible or impractical (for example because of access problems or because there was no-one at the delivery address aged 18 or over to sign for the goods at the time arranged for delivery), you may contact us with an alternative delivery address and we will redeliver to that alternative delivery address. Harrods reserves the right to charge a further delivery fee for each delivery attempt made. However, if we do not hear from you with a suitable alternative delivery address within seven days of the attempted delivery, then we may cancel your order and deduct from your refund the additional delivery charges and a charge for our administration and storage which will be no more than 20% of the price of the goods.
  6. If delivery is impossible or impractical on two or more occasions, then we may cancel your order and deduct from your refund the additional delivery charges and a charge for our administration and storage costs which will be no more than 20% of the price of the goods.
  7. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  8. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
  9. The delivery charges above apply only to online orders made through Harrods and telephone orders made through Harrods Call Centre. Returns and cancellations

Harrods offers free returns on all UK Standard, Next Day and Saturday deliveries. This excludes deliveries which incur a special delivery charge, deliveries from third party suppliers, large and bulky goods and furniture. Harrods does not offer free returns on international deliveries.

Items of clothing will arrive with a Harrods returns tag attached. If you wish to return any unwanted item(s), please ensure this returns tag remains attached. Items which are returned to us with this tag removed may not be accepted and may be returned to you without refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return unsuitable purchase(s) free of charge, apply the free returns label enclosed within your delivery to your parcel and post the package at your Post Office. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

If your order has already been dispatched, the item will have full return instructions in the parcel. Please be aware that for reasons of hygiene, certain items are non-returnable. For more information please refer to our online terms & conditions.

Return of any items will be subject to Harrods standard terms and conditions for online purchases.

Delivery to multiple addresses

Harrods now offers a multiple delivery option. If you wish to have items from a single order dispatched to different destinations, simply select the desired addresses when ordering. The only charge incurred for this service will be:

Please note that Harrods currently only delivers to the countries listed above.

We offer international delivery on the majority of our online and catalogue items, however exclusions include perfume, alcohol, electrical, crackers, items containing wood and items of a perishable nature. There may also be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export.

In addition to the above exclusions, we are currently unable to send Hampers, Gift Boxes or food items to Australia and New Zealand, due to local Customs restrictions and charges.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in Customs clearance. harrods.com cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

Please note that for International Delivery of all hampers, Named Day and Saturday Delivery is unavailable. The date selected during checkout is the shipping date; the arrival date is subject to Customs processing.
