Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions or increase in demand.



Most of our UK orders are sent with DPD, and we also partner with DHL. Your dispatch email will contain the carrier used and tracking details for your convenience.



For any UK orders containing alcohol, you will be required to verify your age via photo ID upon delivery. DPD will attempt to deliver your order twice before it is returned back to Harrods. Please note on demand deliveries are not available for these orders.



Please note: Items classified as hazardous materials (hazmat), such as flammable products like alcohol and perfume, cannot currently be shipped to Northern Ireland. Please avoid placing orders for these items, as there is a risk they may still be dispatched and subsequently returned to Harrods by DHL.

Deliveries to Turkey, Canary Islands, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, North Korea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger and Somalia are currently suspended.

Online Orders

We will email you when your order has been dispatched with a link to track your order. You can also track your order using our tracking portal.


Personal Shopping and In-Store Orders

If you have purchased through our personal shopping service or directly with the Harrods shopfloor team, the sales associate who helped place your order will update you until the order is passed over to the carrier, at which point you will receive text message updates directly from the carrier that you can use to track your order.

There are current restrictions on shipping Beauty, Grooming, Food and Wine products, as well as Hampers, outside of the UK. This list is subject to change. When shopping online, select your delivery destination to show only the items that can be shipped to you.

To ensure a seamless international shopping experience, duties and taxes are included in the product price wherever possible. In instances, where this is not feasible, the applicable charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.


Our checkout process is designed to provide clear and accurate pricing, with duties and taxes calculated based on your shipping location, local regulations, and applicable import tariffs, ensuring that there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.


Certain destinations will be presented with a Delivery at Place option (DAP). Should you select this, your payment to Harrods will exclude import duties and sales taxes. These will instead be payable by you, directly to our carrier, in order to release your parcel from Customs. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

The final price, including any taxes and duties, will be displayed at checkout. You can review the total cost, including all charges, before confirming your order.

Taxes and duties can vary based on the local customs regulations and import tariffs of the destination country. These rates may change periodically, and we calculate them based on current information available at the time of checkout.

In rare cases, if you receive multiple deliveries on the same day from the same carrier and the total value exceeds your delivery country’s duty threshold, the carrier may request additional duty payments, even if none were charged at checkout. You will be contacted directly by the carrier with instructions for payment. You can either pay the additional charges or reach out to our customer service team for assistance. Please note, this may cause a slight delay in receiving your parcel.

UK orders can be collected in-store and can take 2 to 4 business days to arrive; please await your 'Ready for Collection' email before collecting your order.

We can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time. This includes orders for Hampers and Gift Cards.

If you would like assistance placing separate orders to multiple addresses, please contact our Customer Service team.

Estimated dispatch dates are mentioned on the product page and in your confirmation email. These dates may be subject to change. Should there be any delays, we will be sure to let you know.

Occasionally, we may send an order in separate deliveries so that goods are received as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when your order is on its way, which will confirm which items are being sent in each package.

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.

A Declaration of Honour is required when raising delivery investigations. This statement confirms that you have not received your order and is essential for us to proceed with investigating the issue. If you need to provide a Declaration of Honour, we will guide you through the process to ensure everything is handled smoothly.
