There's nothing more mortifying than spotting another guest at the party in the same dress.

Thankfully, we've teamed up with Ted Baker to offer you a selection of exclusive party dresses, reducing your chances of the dreaded sartorial snap.

The Eriel dress (far left) in transeasonal purple looks fit for a princess. With a modest, below-the-knee hem and on-trend 1950s edge, it moves easily from day to evening.

The Uruti style, (far right), is more ballroom than boardroom. With glamorous, floor-sweeping proportions and a vivid crimson hue, complete with gold sequin detailing, this evening dress is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

For a more fashion-forward look the Gloril dress fits the bill. Made in deep midnight blue (centre right), the thigh-skimming length and voluminous layers work well accompanied by minimal accessories.

Grey is an often underrated shade but the Metii dress (centre left) is doing its best to reverse sombre connotations. With a lace bodice extravagantly embroidered with tiny beads and a full-skirt finished in chiffon and lace, this dress is a great choice for standing out at occasions when a traditional tone rules.
