Oysters are one of the most versatile and delicious ingredients - and one not to be feared. Bringing you the 'best in class', Harrods oysters are sourced from award-winning oyster merchant Wright Brothers - who also supply many of London's top dining destinations.

The beautiful regions in which Wright Brothers' oysters grow have a profound effect on their flavours: Wild Colchester oysters have a robust earthy flavour thanks to warm summer seas; Irish Carlingford Rock oysters are creamy and sweet with an orange shell due to the high levels of copper in the soil; while Cumbrae oysters are wild and fresh thanks to the tides rushing past them on the west coast of Scotland.
