Get 2011's festive season off to a magical start by booking a
ticket to the Harrods Christmas Grotto. Tickets are available
exclusively to Harrods Rewards members and a priority booking
service will be available to all existing Rewards members and those
who sign up to Harrods Rewards by Wednesday 31st August 2011.

Am I eligible for priority booking?
Customers can join the Harrods Rewards loyalty scheme at any time
in the lead up to the Christmas Grotto event, however priority
booking will be available to existing Harrods Rewards members and
those who sign up to Harrods Rewards by Wednesday 31st August
2011.
For those who sign up to Harrods Rewards after Wednesday 31st
August 2011, bookings can be made online at www.harrods.com/grotto
from 9am on Tuesday 20th September 2011.
When can I book tickets?
STANDARD BOOKING
Customers who join Harrods Rewards after Wednesday 31st August
2011 will be able to book tickets online at www.harrods.com/grotto
from 9am Tuesday 20th September 2011.
PRIORITY BOOKING
Customers who join Harrods Rewards by Wednesday 31st August 2011
will be given the opportunity to book their tickets before Tuesday
20th September 2011.
From Monday 5th September to Sunday 18th September, Rewards
members will receive e mail notification that they can start
booking their tickets for the Christmas Grotto. This notification
email will include a link to the Grotto booking website.
To check we have your correct email address, please login to your
Harrods account at www.harrods.com/login,
register your Rewards card and/or update your records.
If you do not have an online Rewards account, click 'Register' to
create an account where you can enter your Rewards card number and
email address.
Rewards members will receive a notification email as per the
