Mulberry: new season bags

Mulberry, the quintessentially British luxury brand, is synonymous with one thing: beautiful bags. The Spring/Summer season is no exception as a coterie of sumptuous bags makes its way onto Harrods.com. Here Mulberry Creative Director Emma Hill (pictured above) tells us what's special about each new arrival.

Fashion editors are calling it the new Alexa. Tipped to be the top bag of the season, the Tillie features tougher hardware and a school satchel feel.

"Tillie will become your best friend." says Emma Hill. "She's a chic and functional cross-body satchel in butter-soft leathers - a timeless new silhouette."

A slouchier version of the classic Bayswater, complete with a shoulder strap, this is so soft you won't be able to keep your hands off it.

Tough and biker-inspired, the Mila is the casual bag of the season. Perfect to sling on the back of a Harley, it comes in both a shoulder version with buckles on the front (think classic) and hobo version (think weekend) with buckles on the side.
