15ml Honey syrup (2:1 Honey to water)

1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker to mix. Pour
over cubed ice into a short glass and garnish with grapes, a lemon
wedge and a sprig of mint.

1 1/2 Parts Stolichnaya Citros
3/4 Part Triple Sec
1/2 Part cranberry juice
1/2 Part fresh limejuice
1. Combine the ingredients and shake well.
2. Strain over a chilled martini glass and decorate with a twist
of lime.

THE SMOKED PEAT SOUR
2 Shot(s) Laphroaig Quarter Cask single malt
1 Part freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Part sugar (gomme) syrup
1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice
and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Fill a short glass with ice and pour in the mixed
contents.
3. Squeeze both an orange and lime zest over the drink, rub the
rim of the glass, twist and float on surface.
