Details of the exchange rate will be displayed on the card reader at the time of purchase. We guarantee the best rate possible, so if you can find a better rate with your bank, we’ll reimburse you.

Dynamic Currency Conversion is a service that allows you to convert the value of your purchases to a home currency when you shop in-store. This gives you the choice to pay in your home currency, with instant conversion and complete transparency on exchange rates.

When paying with a card that uses your home currency, our partner Fexco will convert the value of your transaction from GBP to the same currency as the card you are using to pay. When you insert or tap your card, the cardholder will display two readings: the local value (GBP) and the value in your home currency. You will also see details of the exchange rate and the margin displayed.

The Dynamic Currency Conversion service is only available in-store. For more information, please contact our Customer Service team.
