1: I am a Rewards member and I would like to know more about the Harrods Christmas Grotto booking process

When do tickets for the Harrods Christmas Grotto go on sale?

Only Rewards members can buy Christmas Grotto tickets.

The Christmas Grotto tickets can be booked from 9am on Tuesday 20th September 2011 however customers who join Harrods Rewards by Wednesday 31st August 2011 will be given the opportunity to book their tickets prior to this date.

When can I book tickets for the Harrods Christmas grotto?

STANDARD BOOKING

Customers who join Harrods Rewards after Wednesday 31st August 2011 will be able to book tickets from 9am Tuesday 20th September 2011.

PRIORITY BOOKING

Customers who join Harrods Rewards by Wednesday 31st August 2011 will be given the opportunity to book their tickets before Tuesday 20th September 2011.

Harrods Rewards members, who are eligible for priority booking, will receive a notification email on the day they can start booking their tickets for the Christmas Grotto. This notification email will include a link to the Grotto booking website.

To check we have your correct email address please login to your Harrods account at www.harrods.com/login, register your Rewards card and/or update your records.

If you do not have an online Rewards account, click 'Register' to create an account where you can enter your Rewards card number and email address.

When does priority booking start?

Rewards members, who are eligible for priority booking, will receive a notification email on the day they can start booking their tickets. This notification email will be sent between Monday 5th September 2011 and Sunday 18th September, as per the following schedule.

Green tier Spend £0 to £499	By Sunday 18th September 2011

How can I confirm which tier I belong to?

Login to your online Rewards account at www.harrods.com/login, and go to 'My Account'. Your tier is written in the Harrods Rewards card summary. If you do not have an online Rewards account, go to www.harrods.com/register to create an account where you can enter your Rewards card number and confirm your tier.

If you are not a Harrods Rewards member you cannot book tickets for the Christmas Grotto.

How do I join Harrods Rewards?

You can join Harrods Rewards by going to www.harrods.com/register and completing the registration form.

You must select 'enrol for a new Rewards card' at the bottom of the form to become a Harrods Rewards member.

When is the Christmas Grotto open?

Saturday 5th November to Thursday 8th December 2011
10am - 7.30pm Monday to Saturday
12pm - 5.30pm Sunday

Friday 9th December to Friday 23rd December 2011
10am - 8pm Monday to Saturday
12pm - 5.30pm Sunday

Christmas Eve - Saturday 24th December 2011
10am - 3.30pm

How many tickets can I book?

You can only book one time-slot per Rewards card.

A maximum of 10 tickets can be booked per time-slot.

How much do the Christmas Grotto tickets cost?

An administration fee of £10 will be charged for each booking slot (not for each ticket).

If you attend your Christmas Grotto booking, the administration fee will be refunded onto your Rewards card on the day of your booking and will be available for you to spend across the store (excluding in the Christmas Grotto shop) until Saturday 31st December 2011.

If you do not attend your Christmas Grotto booking, the £10 administration fee will not be refunded onto your Rewards card.

What information do I need to purchase Christmas Grotto tickets?

You only need your Rewards card number and your email address.
