TICKETS

• Unfortunately, the Christmas Grotto is fully booked and tickets are no longer available.
• You can only book one time-slot per Rewards card. A maximum of 10 tickets can be booked per time-slot.
• An administration fee of £10 will be charged for each booking slot (not for each ticket).
• If you attend your Christmas Grotto booking, the administration fee will be refunded onto your Rewards card on the day of your booking and will be available for you to spend across the store (excluding in the Christmas Grotto shop) until Monday 31st December 2012.
• If you do not attend your Christmas Grotto booking, the £10 administration fee will not be refunded onto your Rewards card.

  • December 24th (Christmas Eve):
    Mon: 10:00am – 3.30pm

  The Grotto is located on the 4th Floor by Door 10 escalators.

• Grotto Customer Services:
  Grotto Customer Services can be found in Pet Kingdom on the 4th Floor

To become a Harrods Rewards Member you must register your Rewards Card. You can Register your Rewards Card online and enjoy the opportunity to book tickets for the Harrods Christmas Grotto

If you do not attend your Christmas Grotto booking, the £10 administration fee will not be refunded onto your Rewards card.

PRIORITY BOOKING SCHEDULE

Harrods Rewards members, who are eligible for priority booking, will receive a notification email on the day they can start booking their tickets for the Christmas Grotto. This notification email will include a link to the Grotto booking website.

To check we have your correct email address please login to your Harrods account, register your Rewards card and/or update your records.

How Can I Confirm Which Tier I Belong To?

Sign In to your online Rewards account, and go to 'My Account'. Your tier is written in the Harrods Rewards card summary. If you do not have an online Rewards account, Sign Up now and you can enter your Rewards card number and confirm your tier.
