Forgotten password?
Should you forget your password, you can request that it is
reset at the Sign In page by entering your email address; we will
send a new password to the email address you used to register with
us. If you are unable to remember the email address you used to
register, or you are still have problems signing in to your

Place your order
To place an order with harrods.com, simply select the items you
wish to purchase and place them in your shopping basket. Once you
have finished shopping, simply click on the shopping basket icon at
the top of the page and then proceed to checkout using your
preferred payment method, following the step-by-step instructions
as you go.
Acknowledgement
Once you place an order with harrods.com, you will be sent an
email to acknowledge that we have received your order.
Track your order
The status of your order can be tracked online by checking the
individual details of each order within the order history section
of the site. These details can be found in the My Account section
of the site or by logging into your Harrods account and clicking
the link below.

Change/cancel your order
Should you change your mind, we will make every endeavour to
cancel or make changes to your order if it has not already been
despatched. If your order has already been despatched, please
follow our standard returns procedure; the instructions will be
contained within the parcel and can also be found in the Delivery
and Returns section at the bottom of each page of the website.
How can I cancel my order?
Simply call our Customer Care Team on 0845 605 1234* (UK only)
or on +44 (0)20 8479 5100. Lines are open Monday to Saturday
between 9.00am and 7.00pm (closed Sunday), or return your
acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel your
order.
*Local rate number for BT users only. As mobile
and other network call charges may vary, please refer to your
service provider for more details.

Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods online: American
Express, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro UK,
Maestro International.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cash or cheques
for online orders.
Please note that American Express may seek authorisation
directly from the cardholder before authorising us to deliver to an
address other than the billing address.
Security/CVV code
The card security code, or card verification value, is the three
digit number found on the signature strip on the rear of your
payment card. Please note that for American Express users this
number is the four digit number on the front of the card, just
above the card number. The purpose of this code is to protect our
customers from fraudulent use of their card by ensuring that only
the person in possession of the card is able to use the card when
shopping with us online.
3D Secure
To ensure shopping at harrods.com is as safe as possible, we now
operate 3D Secure - a credit and debit card authentication process
operated in partnership with your card issuer. Think of 3D Secure
as Chip & Pin for online shopping.
