Furniture Delivery Charges (per order):

The above zones are based upon no more than three-man delivery
teams, the delivery address should be accessed via the ground floor
and there should be no more than two flights of stairs. For other
furniture deliveries, additional charges may apply, please contact

- Returns and cancellations

Harrods offers free returns on all UK standard, next day and
Saturday deliveries. This excludes deliveries which incur a special
delivery charge, deliveries from third party suppliers, large and
bulky goods and furniture. Harrods does not offer free returns on
international deliveries.
Harrods Launches items are non returnable. For a full list of
non returnable items, please see our returns policy in our terms and conditions.
To return unsuitable purchase(s) free of charge apply the
enclosed free returns label to your parcel and post the package at
your Post Office. We strongly recommend that you retain your
receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for
your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for
non-delivery of returned goods.

Return of any items will be subject to Harrods standard terms
and conditions for online purchases. If you would like to discuss
the return of any item, or have any further questions about our
returns policy please contact a member of our Harrods Direct

If you wish to cancel an order placed with Harrods please return
the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order
or phone our customer service team on 0845 605 1234* (UK only), +44
(0)208 479 5100 (International), Fax 0870 732 0123. Lines are open
Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 7.00pm (closed Sunday). Alternatively,
you may cancel your order by returning the goods along with the
completed Returns Form in-store within 14 days of receipt.
If your order has already been dispatched then the item will
have full return instructions in the parcel. Please be aware that
for reasons of hygiene, certain items are non-returnable. For more
information please refer to our online terms & conditions.
Return of any items will be subject to Harrods standard terms and conditions for online
purchases.

- Delivery to multiple addresses

Harrods now offers a multiple delivery option. If you wish to
have items from a single order dispatched to different destinations
simply select the desired addresses when ordering. The only charge
incurred for this service will be Harrods Standard delivery charge
of £5.95, the Next Day delivery charge of £12, Saturday delivery
charge of £15.95 or any other applicable special delivery charges.
This will apply to each delivery address selected, irrespective of
the number of items being delivered.

Please note that Harrods currently only delivers to the
countries listed above.
We offer international delivery on the majority of our online
and catalogue items; however exclusions include perfume, alcohol,
electrical, crackers, items containing wood and items of a
perishable nature. There may also be specific exclusions relating
to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on
the country of export.
In addition to the above exclusions we are currently unable to
send Hampers, Gift Boxes or food items to Australia and New
Zealand, due to local Customs restrictions and charges.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in customs
clearance.
Please note that for International Delivery of all hampers,
Named Day and Saturday Delivery is unavailable. The date selected
during checkout is the shipping date; the arrival date is subject
to Customs processing.
Returns
