As with all of the label’s champagnes, the Blanc de Blancs 2018 is made from a Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru villages of the acclaimed Côte des Blancs and fermented in a stainless-steel tank, welcoming a chalky character to the bright notes of apple, pear and florals.
