Enter skin tints: a softer, subtler sister to foundation, they offer a light wash of texture-smoothing, tone-evening, glow-enhancing coverage that’s foolproof to apply and, more often than not, works as an extra layer of skincare too. A single wash of this hydrating skin tint leaves a barely imperceptible yet radiance-boosting veil of coverage that works with your skin, not against it thanks to a formula enriched with camelia oil, ginseng and pomegranate extract and the brand’s Skin Vitality Complex that works to smooth, soothe and super-charge.
This formula feels super balmy and melts into the skin for a really natural-looking finish. Formulated with hyaluronic acid to hold moisture and generous SPF30 sun protection, it leaves a weightless veil of colour that enhances your natural skin whilst evening out imperfections and uneven tone. If that’s not enough, it’s fragranced with a gorgeous scent created by their famed perfumed Christine Nagel. Très chic indeed.
A skin tint in a stick formula sounds like a far fetched idea, but trust makeup guru Charlotte Tilbury to crack the code with this silky, seamless product. A dream to apply, it glides on to leave a sheer but smoothing and blurring coverage, with the brand’s signature, soft-focus glow.
Any product that means we can skip a skincare step is a winner in our books, so we’re all for this moisturiser-cum-skin tint which boosts hydration, improves texture and strengthens (via peptides) whilst adding some lightweight coverage via self-adjusting pigments. A really clever, science-led formula from Tina Chen Craig’s brilliant brand.
This well-loved formula was one of the original no-makeup-makeup heroes and remains one the greatest today. Great for sensitive skin, it has calming botanicals like honeysuckle and green tea that help to calm redness and irritation all while masking it with a velvety layer of natural-looking coverage.
