Bond’s St. Eden Cabernet Sauvignon takes its name from its vineyard, an 11-acre rocky knoll of iron-rich volcanic soil carried in from a landslide on the Vaca mountains. Its soil and northern exposure tint the blend with a mineral-rich palate of fleshy acidity, a sweet centre and hints of chocolate and cassis, while its nose is characterised by fresh herbs and dark fruits.
