What is Harrods Rewards?

Harrods Rewards is a loyalty programme offering four membership levels: Green 1, Green 2, Gold and Black. As a Rewards member you will gain exclusive access to an array of benefits and earn points as you spend. Once you have earned a minimum of 500 points, you'll be able to start redeeming them whenever you are ready. For every 500 points you have, £5 can be redeemed on qualifying transactions in Harrods and H Beauty stores, or through our Personal Shopping services. For example, if you have a balance of 1500 points, you can redeem this for £15 in store. You are not able to redeem points online at Harrods.com. How can I register for Harrods Rewards?

Visit our Register page to sign up to Harrods Rewards. We will send you an email shortly after registration containing all your account details. You will need to click the the link in the email to confirm your account registration so you can start enjoying the benefits of Harrods Rewards.

How do I download my digital card?

Simply download your card , or visit the Rewards section on the Harrods app to view your card: If you’re already a Rewards member with an online account, simply sign in to download your card. If you’re an existing Rewards member but don’t have an online account, enter your details to create an account and register your Rewards card number. If you’re new to Harrods Rewards, you can register as a member and download your card instantly. This will also create an online account, so you will be able to earn points for your online orders.

What happens if I lose my plastic Rewards card?

If you have lost your plastic Rewards card, you can download the digital card instantly and use this in exactly the same way – you don’t need to get a replacement plastic card. Follow one of the three below steps to download your digital Harrods Rewards card: If you’re already a Rewards member with an online account, simply sign in to download your card. If you’re an existing Rewards member but don’t have an online account, enter your details to create an account and register your Rewards card number. If you’re new to Harrods Rewards, you can register as a member and download your card instantly. This will also create an online account, so you will be able to earn points for your online orders.

How can I collect points with Harrods Rewards?

Rewards points are earned on selected products and services purchased online, in our Knightsbridge store, H Beauty sites, UK airport outlets and with our Personal Shopping service. Please note: Rewards points cannot be earned when redeeming your points to pay for a purchase. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions .

When will I see my points in my account?

Typically, Harrods Rewards points will be added to your account within 24 hours at the end of the day of transaction for an in-store purchase. For online orders, points will be added once the order has been dispatched. However, points earned in connection with Harrods’ events and promotions may take longer to be added. In these instances, please refer to the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

How can I spend my Rewards points?

Points can be redeemed by swiping your Rewards card or scanning a digital Rewards card at any till in Harrods or H Beauty when making a qualifying purchase. Points can be redeemed in increments of £5, or for the total value of your basket. You are not able to redeem points online at Harrods.com.

How do I manage my Harrods Rewards account?

You can view and manage the details of your Rewards account by signing in to your online account or by downloading the Harrods app .

I have a Harrods Rewards card but have never shopped online at harrods.com before. How do I make sure the points I get from shopping online are added to my Rewards card?

Simply go to our registration page and fill in your details. When asked if you would like to join Harrods Rewards, select 'I'm already a Member' and enter your 16-digit Harrods Rewards card number before completing.

Can I use my points with Personal Shopping?

Yes, your Personal Shopper will support you in how to redeem your points. This can be processed to tender your order either in full or in part. You can also earn points with Personal Shopping.

What if I forget my Rewards card when I am shopping?

You can now download your Rewards card on to your mobile device, to make shopping with your Rewards card more convenient for you. Alternatively, you can visit our Customer Service team in-store on the Third Floor who can print a temporary card for you.

When do my points expire?

Rewards points remain active on your account for two years. Due to the changes we have made to the Rewards programme, no points will expire until at least 31st December 2024. If you are opted into our marketing, you will receive notification of any points due to expire ahead of this taking place.

When will my Rewards tier be upgraded?

If your spend value reaches the required amount, your account will be upgraded to a higher tier: Green 1: Spend up to £1,999 a year Green 2: Spend £2,000 to £4,999 a year Gold: Spend £5,000 to £9,999 a year Black: Spend £10,000 and above a year. We will email you to let you know your tier has been upgraded, provided that you are signed up to receive marketing communications about Harrods Rewards.

Why has my membership tier changed?

Your membership depends on your annual spend from 1st January to 31st December. We will review your membership at the end of each year to determine whether you will stay at the same level, or move down a tier.

How do I book a personal 10% day?

Our Black- and Gold-tier customers are able to nominate two 10% days per year. To book your 10% day, sign in to your online account and make a request, or contact our Customer Service team. Please book your 10% day in the GMT timezone at the time you wish to shop. Please note: There may be a 30-60 minute delay between booking and redeeming your personal 10% day in-store.

Where can I use my personal 10% day?

Personal 10% days can be redeemed in-store at Harrods Knightsbridge, at H beauty stores and online at harrods.com.

Can I get 10% off all departments and brands?

Most brands participate in 10% days. However, a number of departments are excluded from discount days including (but not limited to): Fine Jewellery and Watches, Food Halls, Restaurants and Cafes, Hair & Beauty Salon, Wellness Clinic, Furniture orders, Halcyon Gallery, Gift Cards, Abercrombie & Kent Private Travel, as well as a number of individual brands. Please ask instore for a full list of exclusions, including excluded brands.

Can I nominate a 10% day for my Personal Shopping order?

Yes, please speak to your Personal Shopper to request a 10% day booking. This can be arranged where 24 hours' notice is given.

Can I use my personal 10% discount during Sale?

Yes, the personal 10% discount can be used in store during the sale period in participating departments.

How many people can I have on a family account?

Family accounts can have up to a maximum of five people at any one time.

Can I move points between family account Rewards cards?

Yes! Rewards points can be moved between family accounts. To do this, the account holder will need to contact Customer Service . The primary account member can move points between all accounts.

How do I leave a family account?

Please contact our Customer Service team, and they can assist in removing you from the account. If the primary account holder wants to leave the account, they will need to nominate a new primary account holder.

How is my family account Rewards tier calculated?

Your Harrods Rewards tier is worked out by taking the spend of all Rewards members on the family account. Your tier is made up of the total spend of all members.

How can I leave the Harrods Rewards programme?

You can close your account by contacting our Customer Service department or by visiting our Customer Service team in-store on the Third Floor.

What benefits do I get with the Harrods American Express card?

The Harrods American Express card offers generous benefits, which you can receive in conjunction with Harrods Rewards.* These include: - 1,000 Rewards points on approval - Two extra Rewards points (in addition to those you already receive) for every £1 spent in-store - One Rewards point for every £1 spent outside the store - Exclusive early access to Sale Previews - Extra Rewards points on purchases made during Sale Previews - One full-body Cryotherapy session courtesy of 111Cryo Cryotherapy at The Wellness Clinic - Invitations to exclusive events and American Express Experiences * Terms and conditions apply.

How can I apply for the Harrods American Express card?

Only Gold or Black Tier Harrods Rewards members are eligible to apply for the Harrods American Express card. Application is by invitation only, approval is subject to status, and certain exclusions and terms apply. Customers can enquire and be recommended by Customer Service if they are eligible. Please note: the Harrods American Express card is a charge card and an annual fee of £150 applies. Please contact Customer Service to find out more.

I receive mail from Harrods. How can I stop this?

Sign in to your online account and update your communication preferences to opt in or out of your preferred communication channel.

Why has my Cash Rewards balance been converted back to Rewards points?

Our customers are no longer required to convert Rewards Points to Cash Reward before they can be redeemed in Harrods. Instead, points can be redeemed directly by swiping your Rewards card or scanning a digital Rewards card at the till; there is no need to contact us first. This change is to make it easier to access your points when shopping. Any Cash Rewards previously on your account has been converted back to points ready for you to spend, and Cash balances will no longer be displayed. For every £5 of Cash Rewards you help previously, you will now have an additional 500 points added to your balance.

Why can I no longer see my Cash Rewards balance?

You no longer have a Cash Rewards balancde, as this has been converted to points. Your redeemable points balance can be viewed on the My Account page at Harrods.com, or on the Harrods app. You can also ask for your points balance at any till in Harrods or H beauty.

MyBeauty is a subprogramme from Harrods Rewards and is the hub for all things beauty at Harrods. Members can expect to receive special bonus point offers and discounts on beauty throughout the year, access to exclusive events as well as a first look on hot new products.

How do I become a MyBeauty member?

You must be a Harrods Rewards member to join MyBeauty. If you are not already a member of Harrods Rewards, you can register today! Once signed in, you will be able to join MyBeauty by selecting ‘Join Now’ under the MyBeauty tab.

Where can I earn and receive MyBeauty benefits?

You can earn and receive MyBeauty benefits when you shop Beauty using your Rewards card in our Knightsbridge store (Beauty Halls, Hair & Beauty Salon, DryBar, Beauty Suites), online and at all of our H beauty stores.

Will I receive a MyBeauty card?

When you join MyBeauty, you will not receive a new membership card and your Rewards card number will remain the same. Simply sign in to view or download your card, or visit the Rewards section on the Harrods app. Be sure to scan your Rewards card whenever you shop beauty to earn and receive MyBeauty benefits.

How can I opt out of MyBeauty?

Members can opt-out of the MyBeauty programme on their online account. Any points you have earned so far will remain on your Rewards account until they reach their expiry date.
