30 years of benefits

I have been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM for approximately 30 years, since I was 50 years old. My cartilage, especially in my knees, still works satisfactorily.

No, I would not recommend this product

Far too big to swallow - won’t buy again

Far too big - I’ve cut them in half and still struggle to swallow them - it takes several large gulps of water to make them go down and it’s really unpleasant. I’ve got 60 days of this ordeal to go (they’re expensive so I don’t want to waste them). I won’t be buying again. I note reviewers have been telling Solgar about this for 4 years but they’ve ignored the feedback. Why on Earth don’t they make a smaller 2-a-day tablet, or ditch the bulking agents and encase the active ingredients in a plant-based capsule shell? It makes no sense.

Great Glucosamine

As I suffer from arthritis I find taking this supplement helps to keep me more mobile. That combined with a daily 45 minute walk. Solgar products are not bulked out with needless added extras so are my choice
