Spottswoodes’ family-run estate has been producing Cabernet Sauvignon for multiple generations, with its first blend released in 1982. Today, most of the label’s organic vines are dedicated to the grape, making it no wonder that it serves as a brand signature. With the Lyndenhurst 2018 vintage, Cabernet Sauvignon is melded with Cabernet Franc, Malbec and other grapes to create an elegantly balanced tipple flavoured with blackberry and cocoa powder.
