The Online Harrods Beauty Gift offer (the “Online Offer”) is available to customers who spend £250 or more in a single transaction on qualifying beauty products, beauty accessories and beauty gadgets online at harrods.com, subject to the exclusions listed below (“Online Qualifying Customers”).
The In-store Harrods Beauty Gift offer (the “In-store Offer”) is available to customers who spend £250 or more in a single transaction on qualifying beauty products, beauty accessories and beauty gadgets from:
the Harrods Knightsbridge store in the following departments only: the Beauty Halls or Perfumery Hall on the Ground Floor, Men’s Grooming on the Second Floor, The Wellness Clinic on the Fourth Floor, the Hair and Beauty Salon on the Fifth Floor or Salon de Parfums on the Sixth Floor (or via Harrods Personal Shopping service, where products are sourced from these locations); or
any H beauty store, including at least one item of skincare from Harrods’ beauty range (Skincare) and subject to the exclusions listed below (“In-store Qualifying Customers”).
“Qualifying Customers” mean Online Qualifying Customers and In-store Qualifying Customers.
The “Offer” means the Online Offer and the In-store Offer.
Skincare does not include fragrances, make-up, haircare and items from departments other than beauty (for eg homewares).
Purchases of any services or treatments, purchases of products available in the Pharmacy, and purchases from any other departments or locations, are excluded and do not count towards the qualifying spend threshold.

This offer is valid between 15 May 2026 and 12 June 2026 (inclusive) or while Gift stocks last (“Offer Period”). Gift stocks may vary across the stores and online.
Subject to availability, Qualifying Customers will receive the Harrods Beauty Gift consisting of one Harrods tote bag and certain beauty products (including samples or mini sizes) nominated by Harrods and listed in the Schedule (“Gift”). Gifts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any valuation of the Gift is based on the recommended retail price of each item, pro-rated for non-standard sizes.
Gifts are limited to one per customer during the Offer Period.
The Online Offer is only available to UK residents.
The Offer can be redeemed in the following ways:
at the Harrods Knightsbridge store by presenting receipt(s) evidencing at least £250 qualifying spend at the relevant till.
at any H beauty store location by presenting receipt(s) evidencing at least £250 qualifying spend at the relevant till.
Gift will be automatically added to cart on any harrods.com purchase of qualifying beauty products of at least £250 in value.
If any product(s) from the qualifying transaction are returned and the transaction would therefore no longer meet the qualifying spend threshold in conditions 1 or 2 of these terms, the customer will also be required to return the Gift at the same time as they return the purchased product(s).
If the Gift (or any part of it) is unavailable, Harrods reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute the Gift (or any part of it) for item(s) of equal or greater value.
Harrods accepts no liability for failure to redeem a Gift or any substitution or unavailability of the Gift or any part of it.
The Gift cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product.
This Offer may be used in conjunction with any other offers however the qualifying spend threshold must be met after any applicable discounts have been deducted.
Products included in the Gift may contain allergens. Harrods shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from any products contained within the Gift (including but not limited to allergic reactions).
Harrods reserves the right to amend and/or cancel the Offer and/or amend these terms and conditions without notice at any time.
This Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
