Salon Champagne is the legacy of Aimé Salon, who bought his first vineyard – a single hectare plot – in 1911. To this day, Salon is still produced in le jardin de Salon and the 2013 vintage represents the strength of this singular terroir with a compelling bouquet of white flowers, crushed shells and iodine of Le Mesnil. Its generous palate is one of baked pear, warm brioche and subtle notes of almond and creamy mousse.
