With vines averaging an age of 40 years old, the Jacques Carillon estate boasts some of the finest in the Puligny-Montrachet village of Burgundy, France. With grapes blended from 2.7 hectares of the appellation, each wine from the Domaine is aged in French oak barrels to reveal the full quality of the fruit. This 2023 magnum is characterised by notes of white fruit and subtle minerality, and a full-bodied and intense palate, which it owes to its Chardonnay grapes.
