First produced in the ‘60s, the Geyserville is Ridge’s longest continual zinfandel production, making it something of an icon for the Californian winemaker. An ancient washout of the Russian River left behind stone and gravel at the site of the eventual vineyard, imparting a mineral character to the eponymous wine. This minerality combines with the bold raspberry and cherry flavours of the palate and subtle tannin, leading to a long, resonant finish.
