Do I have to be a Rewards member to join MyBeauty?

Yes, MyBeauty is exclusive to Harrods Rewards members. If you are already a Harrods Rewards member, sign in here to join. If you are not yet a Harrods Rewards member, you can join Harrods Rewards and MyBeauty here, allowing you to earn points and receive access to a variety of other member-only perks.

Where can I earn Rewards points and redeem MyBeauty benefits?

You can earn Rewards points and redeem MyBeauty perks in our Knightsbridge store, online and at all of our H beauty stores. Just make sure to scan your Harrods Rewards digital card. Make sure you are opted into MyBeauty communications to hear about upcoming promotions.

Does it cost anything to join MyBeauty?

It is completely free to join MyBeauty.

Is MyBeauty the same as the Harrods Rewards programme?

MyBeauty is part of the Harrods Rewards loyalty programme. Members enjoy the same benefits as Harrods Rewards-only members, this includes points on every purchase and exclusive discount days. As you spend, you can continue to qualify for any Rewards tier plus receive all of the Rewards benefits. When you join MyBeauty you will receive additional beauty specific benefits, including first access to launches, invites to exclusive events and offers and discounts throughout the year.

Will I receive separate MyBeauty points?

No, all points you earn as a MyBeauty and Harrods Rewards member, contribute to the same Rewards points balance. The points you earn are referred to as Rewards points. This means you will earn Rewards points whenever you shop Beauty and in other departments at Harrods Knightsbridge, H beauty or online. These Rewards points can be redeemed in-store across any department.

Will I receive a MyBeauty Rewards card?

No, when you join MyBeauty, your membership is linked to your Harrods Rewards account. Make sure you scan your Harrods Rewards card every time you shop in-store at Knightsbridge or H beauty and online at Harrods. You can sign in here to download your digital Rewards card.
