Each time slot is 45 minutes.

A limited number of walk-in slots will be available on the day at each location. However, we cannot guarantee that all walk ins will be accommodated. Extra tickets may also be released in the lead up to each weekend, follow @hbeauty on TikTok for updates.

Yes, it is one ticket per person, per entry.

The H beauty On Tour: The Beach Club experience is designed for adults with a MyBeauty account. Every member who wishes to attend must be a valid ticket holder, and MyBeauty members must be a minimum age of 16 years. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate anyone under 16.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your time slot begins, so we can check you in. Please have your confirmation email ready for us to scan.

We offer a 10-minute grace period, after which your slot will be given away, and you will be required to join the walk-in queue.

If you miss the time slot on your ticket, we cannot guarantee we can accommodate you due to capacity restrictions. Please endeavour to arrive just before your booked time slot.

Experiences are on a first-come-first-serve basis within the pop-up. We recommend heading straight to the service you’re most interested in.

While there will not be the possibility to make purchases at the pop-up, we invite you to shop the full brand assortment at H beauty, where you can also enjoy other experiences such as beauty masterclasses and personalised bag charm making.
