- Clotted cream Biscuits: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks. Strawberry Jam: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks. Afternoon Ceylon: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, within 3 months. Instructions for Use: Brewing instructions: For the perfect cup of tea, first warm the pot with boiling water. Empty the pot, then add one tea bag per cup. Add freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add milk, sugar or honey to taste. Stir before serving.
