Harrods Terms and Policies

By participating in the MyBeauty Programme, Members consent to Harrods processing and storing any information provided by the Member, which includes and is not limited to information supplied in connection with the Member’s registration, transactions, purchases, event attendance and participation in the MyBeauty Programme.

MyBeauty Members can hear about MyBeauty promotions and offers by subscribing to receive MyBeauty marketing communications when joining the MyBeauty Programme or through the Communications Preference Centre located within their Harrods account.

Harrods may, from time to time, take photographs and/or video footage during MyBeauty Programme events for marketing and promotional purposes (both internal and external). Harrods may use the photographs and/or video footage and the image of the Member for such marketing and promotional material without restriction and without any other compensation.

For more information about how Harrods uses data, including how to manage your preferences, please see ‘Privacy and Your Data’ section of the Harrods Rewards Ts&Cs. In this section, references to the Programme include both MyBeauty Members and Harrods Rewards Members.

Harrods has the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms of the MyBeauty Programme at any time and Members should refer to www.harrods.com/en-gb/legal/harrods-rewards for up-to-date terms and conditions. Members will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by their continued use of a Rewards Card and/or participation in any MyBeauty Programme offers, promotions and competitions.

All other terms of the Harrods Rewards Ts&Cs shall apply to the MyBeauty Programme.

Members can leave the MyBeauty programme by calling the Harrods Customer Service team on +44 (0)20 7730 1234.

1. MyBeauty members aged 18 or over, who upon spending £20 or more in one transaction in store at any H Beauty store, recycle 5 or more Eligible Items (as defined in the Schedule) on the same date and time, in store at the H Beauty store (“Qualifying Members”) will be eligible to receive 500 bonus Harrods Rewards points (“Recycling Reward”).

2. Qualifying Members must present their Harrods Rewards card at the till when providing their Eligible Items for recycling.

3. Points awarded as part of the Recycling Reward will be loaded on the Qualifying Member’s Harrods Rewards card approximately seven days after they have recycled the Eligible Items.

4. Qualifying Members may only redeem and receive one Recycling Reward per day and a maximum of 3 Recycling Rewards per calendar month.

5. Additional Recycling Rewards will not be added to Qualifying Members accounts once they have received the maximum number of Recycling Rewards in one calendar month.

6. Qualifying Members should ensure Eligible Items provided for recycling are as empty and clean as possible. Harrods reserves the right to refuse Eligible Items that are not in satisfactory condition or refuse Items for recycling at its discretion.

7. This offer is not transferable to other MyBeauty members, or any other person. The My Beauty account holder must be present to redeem this offer.

8. This offer cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product.

1. All make-up products (compacts, concealers, and foundations (tubes and sticks), eyeliner pencils and cases, eyeshadow tubes and palettes, lip products (lipstick, gloss and balm), make-up palettes and tubes, mascara tubes

2. Beauty jars

3. Cream containers

4. Hair care product bottles (non-pressurised only)

5. Lotion pumps

6. Shampoo and conditioner (bottles and caps)

7. Skincare bottles

8. Soap and handwash pumps

9. Tubs

10. Tubes and caps (including glass)

11. Vitamin bottles

Excluded items

1. Hazardous products including fragrances or nail varnishes

2. Biodegradable and plant-based plastics

3. Pressurised containers and aerosols

4. Razors or blades

5. Toothpaste and toothbrushes

6. Any samples or testers (these products will be accepted for recycling but Qualifying Members will not accrue Recycling Rewards on these products)

7. Cardboard

8. Cigarette waste

9. Clothing & fabrics

10. Electronic waste and batteries

11. Food and liquid waste

12. Medical waste

13. Medicinal blister packs

14. Harmful waste (including but not limited to) sharp glass, flammables, toxic or corrosive materials

15. Unbranded, and/or unused packaging
