Knoopology is a design philosophy coined by master chocolatier KNOOPS, whereby the brand experiments with different cocoa percentages and flavours to bring its tasters their perfect cup of hot chocolate. These extra dark chocolate flakes are made from a cohort of cocoa beans from Peru's San Martín to obtain an intense taste with hints of caramel and banana.
