New on the Fish Counter
From Dover sole to turbot, our day-boat fish is caught off the Devon coast and delivered to the counter the very next morning – fresher fish in London is hard to come by.
For quick summer dinners and barbecues, our chefs and fishmongers have prepared five marinated favourites: sesame and miso black cod, tandoori king prawn tails, sesame-crusted yellowfin tuna, teriyaki salmon and sweet chilli and mango salmon.
Have a recipe in mind? With over 120 sustainably sourced seafood options available to order by 3pm for next-day collection, the Fresh Market Hall makes seasonal cooking effortless.
