New York-based designer Jonathan Hansen may be known as the creative visionary behind a multitude of fashion and furniture brand collaborations, but its his own foray in the design world that’s captured the hearts of interior lovers. His collection, In the Clouds, brings the atmospheric depth of the sky down to earth; fluffy clouds are suspended upon hand-engraved, mouth-blown Bohemian crystal, creating vessels with precious ethereality, while the Jonathan Hansen x Marie Daâge collaboration – named Ciels Bleus – sees this idea expand across contemporary porcelain tableware and decorative accessories. Marie Daâge’s Paris-based brand is known world-wide for its exquisite hand-painted Limoges porcelain that has come to be known as ‘haute couture for the table’.
