The Fourth Floor restaurant serves up 100% UK heritage beef patties – a bespoke blend of chuck, brisket and rib cap, grilled to juicy perfection on an open flame and brushed with Ivy House Farm butter for an extra hit of nutty sweetness. Fire up your taste buds with the chef’s signature Hell’s Kitchen Burger, layered with fresh mozzarella, jalapeños, avocado and roasted tomatoes, or double down on the patties with the Oklahoma Smash Burger, piled up with American cheese, red onion, house pickles and sriracha mayo.

Also on the menu are flavoursome chicken, seafood and vegetarian options, all finished with gourmet sauces and toppings, alongside an array of irresistible sides and starters. You might try the Lobster Roll – prime tail with chipotle mayo in a brioche bun – or the CF Burger, packed with a golden cauliflower fritter, Cheddar and more veggie goodness.
