1. The Harrods American Express® Wine Tasting event (“Event”) is open to customers who hold the Harrods American Express® card aged 18 and over (ID may be required) (“Cardmembers”). This Event will take place on 23 April 2026, starting at 6:00pm.
2. Cardmembers must arrive at the Grill on Fifth at the Harrods Knightsbridge store, 87-135 Brompton Road, London, SW1X 7XL by 6:00 pm on the day of the Event. Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes after the start of the Event may not be permitted entry.
3. To book a place at the Event, Cardmembers must:
(i) pay the full ticket price of £150 per person at least 10 days in advance by booking a ticket via the following link https://harrods-american-express.appointedd.com/booking-widget/69c55a3ae70b59e8933829c3
(ii) state any allergy or dietary requirements, and
(iii) provide details of requested food or drink substitutions, in advance of the Event by emailing [email protected] at least 10 days in advance of the event.
4. Cardmembers can gain access to the Event by presenting on the day of the Event the email confirmation that they will receive after purchasing their ticket.
5. There will be 16 spaces available at the Event and spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Cardmembers may purchase up to two tickets per booking (for themselves and a guest).
7. The ticket price per person will include a tasting of a variety of wines paired with a three-course dinner.
8. Cardmembers who have purchased a ticket must contact the Card Events team by email at [email protected], as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the Event. Please note tickets are non-refundable if cancelled (or numbers reduced), or if you fail to show up to the Event. To amend or cancel your reservation, please email [email protected] (please note that cancellations via Website or App are not accepted).
9. Harrods reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel the Events in its sole discretion.
10. The food and drink available at the Event will contain alcohol and may contain allergens including, without limitation, shellfish, dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, wheat and soya. The Promoter will endeavour to accommodate the allergy and dietary requirements provided by Cardmembers, but this may not be possible and the Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or drink consumed at an Event (including but not limited to allergic reactions), or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by an attendee, or any loss or damage to property as a result of attending an Event.
11. These terms are additional to the General Event Terms and Conditions which apply to the Events and are available at https://www.harrods.com/en-gb/legal/events. By booking an Event, Cardmembers confirm (on their own behalf and on behalf of any guest (if applicable)) that they have read and agree with these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the General Event Terms and Conditions, these terms shall apply to the extent required to resolve any such conflict.
12. By confirming their attendance at an Event, Cardmembers acknowledge that Harrods needs to process their personal information. Harrods will use this personal information for the purposes of administering the Event.
