Events

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to events hosted by the Promoter at the Harrods, Knightsbridge store (each an “Event”, together the “Events”). Additional details and terms will apply to individual Events and will be notified to customers prior to booking for the relevant Event. 

  2. All Events are subject to availability and any stated maximum capacities. Unless stated otherwise, spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and customers must follow the Promoter’s specific instructions regarding the Event booking process. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrectly submitted, incomplete, illegible or corrupted information provided by a customer in relation to an Event and/or any inability of the Promoter to contact a customer regarding an Event.

  3. Customers are required to arrive at Events promptly for the stated start time. Customers who arrive late to Events may not be permitted entry.

  4. The Promoter reserves the right to request a valid form of photo ID prior to entry to an Event. Where applicable, the Promoter may also ask customers to produce their ticket and/or booking confirmation corresponding to their photo ID. If a customer is unable to provide a valid form of photo ID and/or ticket and/or booking reference to the Promoter’s satisfaction, none of that customer’s party will be permitted to attend the Event.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to an Event at its sole discretion.

  6. Where children are permitted to attend an Event (in accordance with any specific Event terms) they must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian (18+) at all times.

  7. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of an Event and/or to cancel an Event in unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any disappointment suffered as a result of failure to attend an Event.

  8. By booking and attending an Event, customers agree (on their own behalf and on behalf of any guests attending with them) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any specific terms applicable to the relevant Event (including, without limit, any age restrictions).

  9. Where food and drink is available at an Event it may contain allergens including, without limitation, shellfish, dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, wheat and soya. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or drink consumed at an Event (including but not limited to allergic reactions) or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by an attendee, or any loss or damage to property as a result of attending an Event.

  10. Customers understand that they may be required to provide personal information about themselves and the other Event attendees to (a) the Promoter; and (b) the Event organiser, for the purpose of administering the Event. By submitting this personal information, customers consent (on behalf of themselves and any other named individuals) to the Promoter and (where applicable) the Event organiser collecting and storing the personal information submitted and additionally confirm that they have the express consent of any named individuals to provide their personal information for these purposes.   11. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any specific Event terms, the specific Event terms shall take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve any such conflict. For more information regarding Events, please contact customer.service@harrods.com

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion and shall notify any amended Terms and Conditions on its website at www.harrods.com/en-gb/legal/events

  13. These Terms and Conditions and any specific Event terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

American Express Home Styling Event

1. This Event is only open to Harrods American Express Cardmembers ("You/Your") who have received this invitation. All guests attending the Event must be over the age of 18.
2. Spaces are limited to 2 per person (which as a minimum must include the Harrods American Express Cardmember) and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to availability).
3. To RSVP email rsvp@harrods.com stating Your interest and Your preferred contact number. Please also make us aware of any allergies or dietary requirements at this time.
4. A member of the Harrods Customer Services team will telephone You within 48 hours on the number provided in Your RSVP. You will be notified at this point (either by email or phone call) as to whether there are still places available on Your chosen date. If places are available, an advisor will take payment for a deposit of £50 (for two people) or £25 (for one person) to secure Your reservation to the Event (“Deposit”). You will be asked to pay the Deposit using Your Harrods American Express Card.
5. If You are unable to attend the Event, please contact customer.services@harrods.com as soon as possible on +44 (0) 20 3626 7111. If You wish to cancel your reservation and we receive Your cancellation no less than five working days before the Event, Your Deposit will be refunded to the card You made the reservation on within 72 hours of notification. For cancelled reservations received within five working days of the Event, Your deposit will not be refunded nor put onto your Harrods Rewards card.
6. Harrods reserves the right, if deemed necessary to cancel the Event or Your booking and, if so, Harrods will use reasonable endeavours to organise a suitable alternative date or otherwise provide a full refund of the Deposit onto the card used to make the Deposit.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any disappointment suffered as a result of failure to attend the Event or for any incorrectly submitted, incomplete, illegible or corrupted RSVPs.
8. Once the Deposit has been successfully taken, the booking will be registered for the names given on the RSVP. Names can be changed up to 72 hours prior to the Event.
9. Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any Experience at its sole discretion.
10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by an attendee, or any loss or damage to property as a result of attending an Event.
11. By submitting an RSVP You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to be named as an attendee at the Event.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
13. By submitting an RSVP, You consent to the Promoter collecting and storing the information contained on the RSVP. The Promoter will use this personal information for the purposes of administering the Event. If You have provided email and mobile telephone details, You may receive emails and/or text messages containing information relating to the Event.
14. The Harrods American Express Card is offered by American Express Services Europe Limited registered office: Belgrave House, 76 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 9AX, United Kingdom. Decorté Q&A on Stage and Masterclass Studio

1. The Decorté Masterclass (the “Event”) is open to all customers and will take place in the new Beauty Halls on the Lower Ground Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store (the “Store”) on 24 January 2020.
2. The Event will take place from 5.45pm to 6.45pm. Guests must arrive at door 3 of the Store located on Basil Street by 5.30pm. Attendees who arrive late may not be permitted entry to the Event. Please note that unfortunately, due to current temporary construction work, access to the Event will be only via a staircase.
3. A £100 ticket fee per person applies for each Event.
4. To attend the Event, customers must visit the Decorté counter located in the new Beauty Halls on the Ground Floor in the Store or email BeautyEvents@harrods.com at least 1 day prior to the start of the Event to purchase a ticket. Ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of two tickets per customer for the Event. Each ticket is valid for 1 person at the time specified. Spaces at the Event are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Subject to availability, customers will be contacted by phone or email by a member of the Promoter’s Retail team to proceed to payment and secure the booking. Harrods Rewards cards cannot be used when making the booking payment. Once the payment is taken, the customer will receive an email to confirm the booking (“Email Confirmation”).
6. Customers must show their Email Confirmation and photo ID and must confirm the names of all attendees to be permitted entry to the Event. In the event that a customer is unable to provide their Email Confirmation and a valid form of photo ID corresponding with the name registered to the booking to the satisfaction of the Promoter, none of the parties registered under that Customer’s name will be permitted to attend the Event.  The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event at its sole discretion.
7. At the relevant Event each ticketholder will receive a voucher which can be used by the guest to redeem against a DECORTÉ SIGNATURE INFUSION RITUAL 70-minute treatment (“Treatment”) in the Decorté treatment room in the Lower Ground Floor in the Store (“Voucher”). Vouchers must be redeemed between the opening date of the Decorté treatment room and February 24th 2020 (inclusive). Please ask in-store or see the Voucher for the full Voucher terms and conditions. General treatment booking and cancellation terms and conditions also apply (please ask in-store or see harrods.com for details). The Treatment must be booked in advance at the Decorté counter on the Ground Floor of the Store in the Skincare Hall or by visiting the Beauty Reception Desk on the Lower Ground Floor of the Store.

  2. The Event will take place from 5pm to 6pm. Guests must arrive at the Beauty Reception desk located on the Beauty Events & Services in the Lower Ground Floor near Door 4, Hans Crescent by 4:45pm. Attendees who arrive late may not be permitted entry to the Event.
  3. A £25 ticket fee per person applies for each Event.
  4. To book the Event, customers must visit the Sarah Chapman counter located in the Hair & Beauty Salon on the Fifth Floor in the Store, or email BeautyEvents@harrods.com at least 1 day prior to the start of the Event. Ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of two tickets per customer per Event. Each ticket is valid for 1 person at the time specified. Spaces at the Event are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

  1. This voucher can only be used by customers who have a ticket for and attend a Sarah Chapman Masterclass in the Masterclass Auditorium on the Lower Ground Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store on 24 February 2020 (the “Event”).
  2. This voucher can be used to redeem £25 against a purchase of Sarah Chapman products from the Hair and Beauty Salon on the Fifth Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store (“Products”) between 24 February 2020 and 1 March 2020 (inclusive). This voucher cannot be used for the purchase of services.
  3. This voucher may only be used once and can be used as full or part payment (as applicable), but no change shall be given. Only one voucher may be used per purchase.
  4. Customers will be required to present this original voucher at the time of redeeming the offer. Damaged vouchers or copies, pictures and/or duplications of this voucher will not be accepted. This voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  5. This voucher cannot be used for online purchases, gift cards, event tickets, or for purchases from any other department of the Harrods store.
  6. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, is non-transferable and cannot be re-sold or exchanged for cash or any product or service other than as listed above.
  7. Customers shall forfeit the voucher in the event of any refund of the products purchased using the voucher.
  8. The Promoter accepts no liability for any disappointment caused due to failure to redeem this voucher.
  9. This voucher will expire by 1st March 2020 if not used.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel this offer at any time at its discretion.
