1. Harrods Rewards
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Harrods Rewards loyalty programme operated by Harrods Limited of 87–135 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7XL (Company No. 30209) (“Harrods”), under which cardholders earn Harrods Rewards Points (as defined below) on certain Harrods purchases and receive other membership benefits in accordance with the terms of the programme below (the “Programme”).
1.2. Harrods Limited operates the Programme for itself and on behalf of its group companies Harrods Beauty Limited and Harrods International Limited, in respect of sales with those group companies.
2. Membership
2.1. On joining the Programme, each member (“Member”) will be issued a digital Harrods Rewards card and unique membership number enabling the Member to download a digital Rewards card onto a compatible device (“Rewards Card”). Please note that we are no longer issuing physical Rewards Cards (however existing physical cards will continue to work for existing Members). Any physical Rewards Cards remain the property of Harrods.
2.2. There is a limit of one Rewards Card per person and Rewards Cards are for personal use by the registered cardholder only. Rewards Cards cannot be shared, distributed and/or used for commercial purposes.
2.3. Harrods reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel a Rewards Card, any benefits or membership in the Programme. The Member’s Rewards Points will be forfeited in such circumstances.
2.4. Harrods will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage, or compensation to a Member, as a result of suspension or cancellation of a Rewards Card or membership in the Programme (including loss of Rewards Points and/or access to any benefits).
3. Earning Harrods Rewards Points
3.1. Members can earn loyalty points (“Rewards Points”) on Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) at selected Harrods locations. The number of Rewards Points earned on Qualifying Purchases will depend on the Member’s Rewards tier at the time of the Qualifying Purchase.
3.2. “Qualifying Purchase” means a purchase which is not excluded by any provision of these Terms and Conditions (see below for further details on ‘Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions’ and ‘Membership Tiers’).
3.3. Rewards Points can be earned on Qualifying Purchases at Harrods Knightsbridge, Harrods Heathrow and Gatwick airport stores, at H beauty stores, on harrods.com and via the Harrods app (the “App”) only. For the avoidance of doubt, unless as part of a specific promotion, Rewards Points cannot be earned via Harrods Estates and Harrods Aviation.
3.4. Rewards Points are earned on the full pound sterling value of Qualifying Purchases and transaction values may be rounded down to the nearest full pound sterling. If a Qualifying Purchase takes a Member’s expenditure into a higher Membership Tier threshold, any increased points per £1 spent (“Multiplier Points”) will apply to purchases made thereafter for the remainder of that day, the remainder of that calendar year and an additional calendar year (but shall not apply retrospectively to any of a Member’s previous purchases).
3.5. Members will not earn Rewards Points to the extent that they are redeeming Rewards Points to pay for a purchase and, where Rewards Points are used as a tender for a Qualifying Purchase, such expenditure will not count towards the Member's progress into the next Membership Tier threshold.
3.6. For in-store purchases, a Member must present their Rewards Card at the time of payment in order to earn Rewards Points and, for online and in App purchases, a Member must be signed into their Harrods Rewards account to earn Rewards Points when shopping.
3.7. Requests to add Harrods Rewards Pointsfrom transactions where the Rewards Card was not presented at the time of purchase will be considered on a discretionary basis and Harrods reserves the right to limit the number of these transactions applied to the Rewards Card. Rewards Points may only be earned on purchases made by the Member.
3.8. Harrods Rewards points awarded on a transaction will be adjusted accordingly when a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on the transaction. Harrods reserves the right to adjust a Member’s Harrods Rewards Pointsbalance to correct the effect of any technical or system error.
3.9. We reserve the right to delay issuing any Rewards Points at our discretion for up to 14 days after purchase in line with our Returns Policy.
4. Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions
4.1. Certain departments, brands and services are excluded from some or all of the Programme Benefits and offers (including, but not limited to, those set out below). The list of exclusions may change from time to time in Harrods’ sole discretion.
4.2. Earning and redeeming Rewards Points (including bonus Rewards Points):
4.2.1. Members cannot earn or redeem Rewards Points on excluded products or in excluded departments, which include the following purchases:
- Gift Cards and gift vouchers (including gift experiences);
- Prescription medicines and tobacco;
- Purchases via third-party food delivery services;
- Edit LDN purchases;
- Delivery charges and any gratuities;
- Shipping costs (in relation to purchases made via harrods.com or the App).
4.2.2. For more information on excluded products and departments please ask in-store or contact Customer Service.
4.3. Exclusive discount (including Rewards 10% weekends and personal 10% discount days):
4.3.1. Unless expressly included as part of a promotion, a number of departments and locations are excluded from Rewards 10% weekends and personal 10% discount days including (but not limited to): Furniture, Fine Jewellery and Watches, Food Halls (except for selected purchases), selected Restaurants and Cafés (in relation to Rewards 10% weekends, all Restaurants and Cafés are excluded), Hair and Beauty Salon, The Wellness Clinic, Halcyon Gallery, Gift Cards, Abercrombie & Kent Private Travel, Harrods Aviation, Harrods Estates, or Harrods Heathrow and Gatwick airport stores, as well as a number of individual brands. Please ask in-store or contact Customer Service for a full list of exclusions, including excluded brands.
4.3.2. The personal 10% discount day offer can only be used at the following restaurants (subject to change): Baccarat Bar, Gordon Ramsay Burger, The Grill in the Dining Hall, Kerridge’s Fish & Chips, Möet & Chandon Champagne Bar, Prada Caffè, Sushi by Masa and The Tiffany Blue Box Cafe. Discount may be applied to a maximum of 6 diners in these restaurants.
4.3.3. excludes Harrods staff, agents and their immediate families and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer (unless otherwise notified to you), is not transferable to other Harrods Rewards members or any other person and cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product.
4.4. Halcyon Gallery
Members cannot earn Rewards Points (including Multiplier Points and/or bonus Rewards Points) on certain purchases of original artworks through the Halcyon Gallery. Please ask in-store at the Halcyon Gallery for further details. Purchases through the Halcyon Gallery are excluded from any other discount days (including Rewards 10% weekends and personal 10% discount days).
5. Membership Tiers
5.1. Members will be assigned a membership tier according to their total level of spend during each calendar year (from 1st January to 31st December inclusive) (“Membership Tier”).
5.2. Harrods reserves the right (in its discretion) to substitute and/or change these spend levels at any time.
5.3. Members can progress to a higher Membership Tier during a calendar year and will retain that higher Membership Tier for the remainder of that calendar year, plus the following calendar year (the “Reward Year”).
5.4. Members are required to meet the relevant spend threshold during the Reward Year in order to retain that higher Membership Tier for a further calendar year, otherwise they will be downgraded by one Membership Tier level after the end of the final Reward Year.
5.5. Any refunds processed during a calendar year will reduce the Member’s total level of spend for the purpose of determining their Membership Tier (regardless of when the refund is processed). Harrods reserves the right to reverse a Membership Tier upgrade and deduct any Multiplier Points earned at a higher Membership Tier as a result of any refunds processed.
6. Redeeming Rewards Points
6.1. Rewards Points have a value corresponding to £5 for each 500 Rewards Points.
6.2. Members may redeem Rewards Points at any time during the calendar year, provided that they have a Rewards Points balance of at least 500 at the time of redemption. Rewards Points are made ‘available for redemption’ in increments of 500 points (a “Points Milestone”) meaning that once a Member has earned 500 Rewards Points, those 500 points will then be available for redemption. Any Rewards Points below a Points Milestone will not be available for redemption and will remain on the Member’s account until the relevant Points Milestone is achieved (and the Rewards Points are redeemed) or the Rewards Points expire.
6.3. Rewards Points will remain on a Member’s account for the remainder of the calendar year in which they were earned, plus a further two full calendar years (for example, Rewards Points earned on a purchase made on 31st January 2025 will remain on a Member’s account until 31st December 2027).
6.4. Rewards Points may only be redeemed against Qualifying Purchases in participating departments at the Harrods Knightsbridge store or H beauty stores, and online at harrods.com and via the App (only on orders being shipped to UK addresses). For further details see the ‘Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions’ section above. For the avoidance of doubt, Rewards Points cannot be redeemed via Harrods Estates, Harrods Aviation or Harrods Heathrow and Gatwick airport stores.
6.5. Members must advise the sales associate that they wish to redeem their Rewards Points and present their Rewards Card at the time of purchase when paying in-store. In order to redeem Rewards Points online or via the App, Members must be signed into their online account and have successfully completed 2-Factor Authentication.
6.6. In relation to purchases made online or via the App, Members who are shipping their order to a UK address and have a redeemable Rewards Points balance will be shown an option to pay, in full or in part, with their Rewards Points at checkout. Rewards Points will be deducted immediately and, if the order cannot be completed in full or in part (for example, due to an item being out of stock), the Rewards Points used to purchase such the item(s) will be refunded to the Member’s points balance. Rewards Points used to purchase an item which is later refunded will, subject to the Harrods Rewards Programme and Harrods Returns Policy, be refunded to the Member’s points balance. Where a Member has paid for their purchase in part by redeeming Rewards Points, the points will be refunded back to the Member’s points balance before any other tender is refunded.
6.7. Where there is a negative Rewards Points balance on a Member’s account, Harrods reserves the right to suspend a Member’s Rewards Card until the account has been settled.
7. Bonus Points
7.1. Members may be eligible to receive bonus Rewards Points on certain Qualifying Purchases from time to time (see ‘Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions’ section above) (“Bonus Points”). Unless expressly stated, Members cannot earn bonus Rewards Points at Abercrombie & Kent Private Travel, The Wellness Clinic, Harrods Interior Design or watch repairs.
7.2. In addition to the remaining terms and conditions of the Programme, Bonus Points offers are subject to the terms and conditions below as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to the individual offer (please see the individual promotional communication for full details including offer validity dates, how to redeem the offer and any brand or other exclusions).
7.3. Bonus Points are only available during the validity period stated on the individual promotional communication. Unless expressly stated in the terms of the individual promotion, Bonus Points are not available in conjunction with any other offer. Members must present their Rewards Card or be logged into their Rewards account online at the time of redeeming the offer.
7.4. Bonus Points are available for all Membership Tiers during the stated offer period (excluding any delivery charges). Bonus Points are subject to a cap of 10,000 per promotion or such other cap as may be notified to you from time to time.
7.5. Happy Birthday Offer
Subject to the remaining terms and conditions applicable to Bonus Points, Members can earn Bonus Points during the week in which their birthday takes place, being a seven-day period from Monday to Sunday (inclusive). Members must update their Harrods Rewards account with their birthday before this seven-day period begins in order to be eligible to receive this benefit.
8. Harrods Rewards Benefits
8.1. Members will receive certain benefits depending on their Membership Tier (“Benefits”).
8.2. Benefits are subject to availability and Harrods reserves the right to substitute, withdraw and/or change the Benefits at any time at its discretion (please note that not all Benefits are available in all Harrods or H beauty stores).
8.3. To redeem any Benefits, Members must present a valid Rewards Card when requested.
8.4. The Benefits are as follows (see further detail on each Benefit in paragraph 8.5 below):

8.5. In addition to the remaining terms and conditions of the Programme, the Benefits are subject to the following terms and conditions:
8.5.1. Rewards Points earned for every £1 spent – Members will earn Rewards Points, depending on their Membership Tier, on Qualifying Purchases at selected Harrods locations. Departmental and brand exclusions apply.
8.5.2. Exclusive discount days – Members are eligible to receive additional discounts on Qualifying Purchases at Harrods Knightsbridge and H beauty stores on selected days throughout the year. Departmental and brand exclusions apply.
8.5.3. Extra Rewards Points on selected days – Members are eligible to earn additional Rewards Points on Qualifying Purchases at selected locations and on selected days. Location, departmental and brand exclusions apply.
8.5.4. Invitation to join MyBeauty – Members are eligible to join MyBeauty, the beauty sub-programme from Harrods Rewards. Membership is subject to the terms and conditions of the MyBeauty programme. Please see full MyBeauty programme terms and conditions at harrods.com/en-gb/s/legal/my-beauty
8.5.5. Invitation to join Mini Harrods – Members are eligible to join Mini Harrods, the children’s loyalty programme for parents (or legal guardians) and children aged up to 10 only. 8.5.6. Complimentary Harrods Magazine – Members are eligible to receive certain Harrods magazine publications throughout the year (selected at Harrods’ discretion). Member must have a UK address and have opted in for the Harrods Magazine through their Harrods Rewards account online or via the App.
8.5.7. Complimentary giftwrapping (Harrods Knightsbridge Lower Ground Floor only) – Members may have one item giftwrapped (from Harrods standard gift wrapping service options, up to large gift box size). Giftwrapping is subject to availability, restricted to one item per Member per day and available on same-day purchases from Harrods only. This Benefit may only be redeemed on the corresponding Member’s purchase and is not transferable to another person, including another Member of the Programme.
8.5.8. Complimentary UK standard delivery when shopping in-store (Harrods Knightsbridge only) Bronze, Gold, and Black Tier benefit – Eligible on purchases of £250 or over. Standard delivery service is to mainland UK addresses only. Not valid on selected items in Home, Furniture and Technology. Ask in store for a full list of exclusions.
8.5.9. Complimentary UK standard delivery and international standard delivery up to four times per month, Platinum Tier benefit – No minimum spend required. Eligible on in-store purchases only. Not valid on selected items in Home, Furniture and Technology. Ask in store for a full list of exclusions.
8.5.10. Complimentary tea or coffee in-store – One complimentary tea or coffee per Rewards Card per day. Selected menu items in the Harrods Café on the Lower Ground Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store only. Ask in store for more details.
8.5.11. Two extra personal 10% discount days per year – Members are eligible to receivetwo personal 10% discount days per calendar year per Rewards Card, which can be used on purchases at the Harrods Knightsbridge, H beauty stores, online at Harrods.com or via the App. Exclusions apply, see paragraph 4.3 for more details. Personal 10% discount days can be booked online through a Member’s Rewards account or by contacting Customer Services. Members’ 10% discount will be calculated at the till point on the presentation of their Harrods Rewards card or at the point of checkout for online. Members must be signed into their online Harrods Rewards accounts when shopping online or via the App. Offer not valid during Rewards 10% weekends and (unless notified to you) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Personal 10% discount days will start at 00:00 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and will end at 23:59:59 GMT on the nominated day. Discount can take up to 60 minutes from the time of booking to take effect.
8.5.12. Rewards 10% weekends – Members are eligible to receive 10% discount on designated Rewards 10% weekends, which can be used on purchases at the Harrods Knightsbridge, H beauty stores, online at Harrods.com or via the App. Exclusions apply, see paragraph 4.3 for more details. Member’s 10% discount will be calculated at the till point on the presentation of their Harrods Rewards card or at the point of checkout for online. Members must be signed into their online Harrods accounts to redeem this offer when shopping online or via the App.
8.5.13. Complimentary alterations credit with The Tailors (Harrods Knightsbridge only) – Maximum of £30 per item (Gold and Black Tier) or £100 per item (Platinum Tier) towards the cost of Harrods’ alteration services on purchases from the Womenswear, Menswear, and Childrenswear departments only at Harrods Knightsbridge (redeemable on the day of purchase only). Only one Rewards Card may be used at one time. Please enquire in-store for the prices of individual alterations.
8.5.14. Eligibility to apply for the exclusive Harrods American Express® Card – Card provides additional Harrods Rewards Points and benefits. Application is by invitation only and applicants must be UK residents aged 18 years or older. Approval subject to status, certain exclusions apply. 8.5.15. Complimentary Car Parking – Parking is subject to availabilityin the Harrods car park at Brompton Place only, for up to a maximum of two hours (Black Tier) or four hours (Platinum Tier) per day for one vehicle. Only one Rewards Card may be used at one time per vehicle.
8.5.16. Access to Personal Shopping Service – The following terms and conditions apply to the Personal Shopping Service: i) the Personal Shopping Service is available to Black Tier and Platinum Tier Members only; ii) in order to access the Personal Shopping Service, Members need toemail [email protected] or visit the Personal Shopping reception in Shoe Heaven on 5th floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store; iii) once a Member has made contact with our Personal Shopping team, they will be able to confirm their preferred method of communication and arrange a time to begin the Personal Shopping experience; iv) requests for single items will be referred to our shopfloor team; v) Members can opt out of the Personal Shopping Service and any further communications at any time by letting their Personal Shopper know that they wish to opt out; and vi) Harrods may refuse or rescind the Personal Shopping Service or any appointment request in its sole discretion at any time.
8.5.17. Eligibility to apply for access to The Penthouse Private Shopping Service – Applicants must be Platinum Tier in order to apply and maintain access to The Penthouse Private Shopping Service. Approval of applications and availability of service is in Harrods’ sole discretion. Terms and conditions apply to The Penthouse Private Shopping Service and will be made available upon application.
9. Updates and Changes to the Programme
9.1. Harrods has the right to terminate the Programme or make changes to the terms of the Programme at any time. Harrods will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
9.2. For up-to-date terms and conditions (including any updates), Members should refer to the Harrods Rewards Terms & Conditions on harrods.com.
9.3. A Member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by the continued use of a Rewards Card.
9.4. Members who are employees of Harrods, their affiliates or partners may be subject to additional rules and restrictions from time to time and will be notified separately.
10. General
10.1. Please note that from time to time we may ask Members to provide identification when presenting their Rewards Card (including when redeeming Rewards Points).
10.2. Members are personally liable for any and all fees, costs, charges, claims or liabilities (including taxes) of whatever nature arising from their membership of the Programme.
10.3. Members are required to notify Customer Service of any change of address or other personal details and of any damage, theft or loss of a Member’s Rewards Card.
10.4. Harrods shall not be liable for any damage, theft, loss or unauthorised use of a Member’s Rewards Card (including unauthorised Rewards Points redemption), and Members are strongly advised to keep their Rewards Card and details safe and secure.
10.5. If there is any difference between the terms and conditions as set out on harrods.com and other information provided in relation to the Programme, the terms and conditions on harrods.com will prevail.
10.6. These terms and conditions do not affect a Member’s statutory rights.
10.7. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Privacy and Your Data
11.1. Any personal information processed will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, other applicable laws, the Harrods Privacy Policy, and these terms and conditions.
11.2. Harrods Limited and other Harrods group companies (including Air Harrods Limited, Harrods Aviation Limited, Harrods Beauty Limited (trading as H beauty), Harrods Department Store (Shanghai) Co Limited, Harrods Estates Limited and Harrods International Limited) are each independent data controllers of any personal information collected and processed relating to Members of the Programme.
11.3. Where Members interact with other Harrods group companies, Harrods may also share personal information with those group companies in their capacity as independent data controllers to help those companies provide a more bespoke service to Members.
11.4. By participating in the Programme, Harrods will collect, process and store any personal information provided by the Member to Harrods on enrolment in the Programme and information relating to the Member’s transactions, purchases and participation in the Programme. This will include personal information about a Member including their name, address and purchases from Harrods. Harrods may also collect any additional relevant information about a Member (which a Member has made available via third parties) to help Harrods to make decisions about the products and services that a Member may be interested in.
11.5. Harrods (and its group companies, as applicable) will use a Member’s personal information for the following purposes: a) administering the Programme (including the provision of Benefits), which may include the sharing of information with carefully selected third party partners to assist with the operation of the Programme; b) where the Member has provided their consent, communicating with the Member regarding products and services that are likely to be of interest including special events, offers, promotions and publications by post, email, phone and/or through any social network and c) market research and statistical analysis.
11.6.
