Harrods Terms and Policies

1. Event attendance: All MyBeauty members who book a ticket in advance can attend the H beauty Carnival Event (each an “Event”) at the following store locations and times:
   
   a) H beauty Lakeside:
   i) 27 September 2025: 9:00am – 2:00pm or 2:30pm – 9:00 pm
   ii) 28 September 2025: 10:30am – 1:30pm or 2:00pm – 5:00pm.
   
   b) H beauty Metrocentre:
   i) 4 October 2025: 9:00am – 1:30pm or 2:00pm – 5:00pm; and
   ii) 5 October 2025:10:30am – 1:30pm or 2:00pm – 5:00pm.
   c) H beauty Silverburn:
   i) 1 November 2025: 9:00am – 1:30pm or between 2:00pm – 7:00pm; and
   ii) 2 November 2025: 10:00am – 2:00pm or 2:30pm – 7:00pm.
   d) H beauty Bristol:
   i) 18 October 2025: 9:00am – 2:00pm or 2:30pm – 8:00pm; and
   ii) 19 October 2025: 10:30am – 1:30pm or 2:00pm – 5:00pm.
   e) H beauty Milton Keynes:
   i) 11 October 2025: 9:00am – 1:30pm or 2:00pm – 5:00pm; and
   ii) 12 October 2025:10:30am – 1:30pm or 2:00pm – 5:00pm.
   f) H beauty Edinburgh:
   i) 25 October 2025: 9:00am – 2:00pm or 2:30pm – 8:00pm; and
   ii) 26 October 2025: 10:00am – 2:00am or 2:30pm-6:00pm.
   
   

2. Booking tickets: To attend an Event, MyBeauty members must book a ticket at least 24 hours in advance via the following link: H beauty Carnival.
   
   

3. Ticket limits and availability: Each MyBeauty member may book up to two tickets, subject to availability and offered on a first-come first-served basis. Two ticket options are available:
   

   a) The free carnival ticket (“Carnival Ticket”)
   b) The paid carnival luxe ticket (“Carnival Luxe Ticket”)
   
   

4. The Carnival Ticket is free of charge and entitles the MyBeauty member to:

   a) a voucher for 10% off on any purchase at any H Beauty store; and

   b) upon £60 or more spend, eligibility to build their own goodie bag with 5 deluxe sample size products, subject to availability.
   
   

5. The Luxe Carnival Ticket costs £15 per person and entitles the MyBeauty member to:
   a) a voucher for 10% off on any purchase at any H beauty store;
   b) upon £60 or more spend, eligibility to receive a complimentary tote bag and to build their own goodie bag with 5 deluxe sample size products plus one full sized product (selected at random via a “spin the wheel” mechanic), subject to availability; and
   c)one entry to participate in the onsite wind ticket grabber game (“Carnival Game”)
   
   
   

6. Ticket confirmation: Once a ticket is booked, MyBeauty members will receive an email confirmation, which must be presented on arrival at an Event entry in order for the MyBeauty member to gain access.
   
   

7. Dermalogica tickets: MyBeauty members who have booked a ticket for the Carnival will receive an email with a booking link to reserve a space for £10 for a Dermalogica session at dedicated service tables in H Beauty stores. The £10 ticket includes:
   

   a) Face mapping: analysis of your skin’s unique needs

   b) Tailored routine: a targeted, results-driven regimen for
   c) Expert advice: Tips to maintain your best skin daily
   
   

8. The ticket is redeemable against Dermalogica products or treatments on the day. It is valid for single use only, must be presented at the time of purchase, not redeemable for cash or transferable and no change will be given if the full £10 is not used.
   
   

9. The Ordinary Bag Charm: On the day of each Event, MyBeauty members can create a bag charm with The Ordinary if they purchase either (i) The Ordinary Squalene and Amino Acids lip balm or (ii) The Ordinary PHA 5% Exfoliating Lip Serum, plus one other product from The Ordinary. This is subject to availability on the day.
   
   

10. On-the-day offers: On the day of each Event, MyBeauty members will have the option to pay for additional onsite services such as dry styling at the Drybar and facials. Spaces for these services are limited and subject to availability.
    
    

11. Voucher terms: The 10% voucher can only be spent on beauty products (excluding Chanel and Diptyque beauty products) at the H beauty store attended and only on the date of the applicable Event.
    
    

12. The Voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers or vouchers and can only be redeemed once. Refunds are not available on products purchased using the voucher unless the item(s) are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    
    

13. Carnival Game (Carnival Luxe Ticket holders only): Only Carnival LuxeTicket holders may participate in the Carnival Game, which may be played once per ticket. Each participant will have one attempt on the Carnival Game which gives them the opportunity to win one beauty product (the “Prize”). Participants will have 15 seconds to grab a ticket using the machine and, if successfully grabbed, the ticket will determine the Prize. Prizes will be a full size beauty product. The Prize is determined by skill during the game. Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be transferred or exchanged for a cash equivalent or any other prize.
    
    

14. Promoter rights: The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of an equivalent value or to cancel the Carnival Game and/or to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

16. To the extent permitted by law, Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or drink consumed at the Event (including but not limited to allergic reactions), or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by an attendee, or any loss or damage to property as a result of attending an Event.

1. MyBeauty members aged 18 and over will be eligible to receive double Harrods Rewards points (when using their Rewards card) on purchases of Elemis beauty products made between 1st September 2025 and 30th September 2025 (inclusive) (“Offer Period”) from the following locations:
   
   (i) The Harrods Knightsbridge store,
   (ii) All H beauty store locations,
   (iii) Online at harrods.com
   (iv) the Harrods app.

2. Purchases from other brands and Harrods stores are excluded from this Offer.

3. Additional points that members can receive are limited to 10,000 during the Offer Period.

4. To redeem the offer, MyBeauty members must scan their Rewards Card at the time of making the qualifying purchase.

1. MyBeauty members aged 18 or over, who upon spending £20 or more in one transaction in store at any H Beauty store, recycle 5 or more Eligible Items (as defined in the Schedule) on the same date and time, in store at the H Beauty store (“Qualifying Members”) will be eligible to receive 500 bonus Harrods Rewards points (“Recycling Reward”).

2. Qualifying Members must present their Harrods Rewards card at the till when providing their Eligible Items for recycling.

3. Points awarded as part of the Recycling Reward will be loaded on the Qualifying Member’s Harrods Rewards card approximately seven days after they have recycled the Eligible Items.

4. Qualifying Members may only redeem and receive one Recycling Reward per day and a maximum of 3 Recycling Rewards per calendar month.

5. Additional Recycling Rewards will not be added to Qualifying Members accounts once they have received the maximum number of Recycling Rewards in one calendar month.

6. Qualifying Members should ensure Eligible Items provided for recycling are as empty and clean as possible. Harrods reserves the right to refuse Eligible Items that are not in satisfactory condition or refuse Items for recycling at its discretion.

7. This offer is not transferable to other MyBeauty members, or any other person. The My Beauty account holder must be present to redeem this offer.

8. This offer cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product.

6. Any samples or testers (these products will be accepted for recycling but Qualifying Members will not accrue Recycling Rewards on these products)

7. Cardboard

8. Cigarette waste

9. Clothing & fabrics

10. Electronic waste and batteries

11. Food and liquid waste

12. Medical waste

13. Medicinal blister packs

14. Harmful waste (including but not limited to) sharp glass, flammables, toxic or corrosive materials

15. Unbranded, and/or unused packaging

Customers who spend £60 or more in one transaction from the H Beauty Lakeside store (excluding purchases from the H Beauty café and champagne bar) and present their receipt to the H beauty Lakeside Sampling Station (“Sampling Station”) may receive two of the sample products on display at the Sampling Station (“Samples”) at the time of the qualifying transaction, subject to availability. H Beauty employees, agents and their immediate families are excluded. Please note Samples may be mini size, travel size or deluxe size, please refer to the display or ask a member of staff for details. Samples will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers may only receive one pair of Samples per transaction. The Samples are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product. In the event that any product(s) from the qualifying transaction are returned the customer will also be required to return the Samples. Harrods Beauty Limited reserves the right to amend the requirements for a qualifying transaction, to cancel or close the Sampling Station, to substitute the Samples for an item of equal or greater value and/or to amend these terms and conditions, without notice at any time.

Customers who spend £60 or more in one transaction from the H beauty Milton Keynes at centre:mk store (excluding purchases from the Champagne bar) and present their receipt to the H beauty Milton Keynes centre:mk Sampling Station (“Sampling Station”) may receive two of the sample products on display at the Sampling Station (“Samples”) at the time of the qualifying transaction, subject to availability. H beauty employees, agents and their immediate families are excluded.
