    Harrods Rewards

    1.1.         These Terms and Conditions govern the Harrods Rewards loyalty programme operated by Harrods Limited of 87–135 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7XL (Company No. 30209) (‘Harrods’), under which cardholders earn Harrods Rewards points on certain Harrods purchases and receive other membership benefits in accordance with the terms below (the ‘Programme’).

    Harrods Limited operates the Programme for itself and on behalf its group companies Harrods Beauty Limited and Harrods International Limited, in respect of sales with those group companies.


    1.2.         Membership

    On joining the Programme, each member (‘Member’) will be issued a Harrods Rewards card (‘Rewards Card’) which will entitle the Member to participate in the Programme. Please note that we are now issuing digital Rewards Cards to new Members (existing physical Rewards Cards will continue to work for existing Members). Any physical Rewards Cards remain the property of Harrods.

    Rewards Cards are limited to one per person and are for personal use by the registered cardholder only. Rewards Cards cannot be shared, distributed or used for commercial purposes.

    Harrods reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Rewards Card, any benefits, or membership to the Programme, if Harrods believes the Rewards Card is not being used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


    1.3.         Collecting Harrods Rewards Points

    Members earn Harrods Rewards Points on qualifying purchases at Harrods (as defined below in ‘Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions’) according to the Members’ level of spend during each calendar year (from 1st January to 31st December). Please see Harrods Rewards for further details. Harrods reserves the rights to substitute and/or change these spend levels at any time, at its own discretion.

    Any increased points per £1 spent will take effect on the day after the purchase. If a purchase takes a Member’s expenditure into a higher threshold, the increased points will not apply retrospectively to any of the previous day’s purchases.

    Members must present their Rewards Card at the time of payment in order to collect Harrods Rewards points.

    Requests to add Harrods Rewards points from transactions where the Rewards Card was not presented at the time of purchase will be considered on a discretionary basis; Harrods reserves the right to limit the number of these transactions applied to the Rewards Card. Points may only be earned on purchases made by the Member.

    If a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the Harrods Rewards points awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly.


    1.4.         Cash Reward & Anytime Redemption Points

     At the end of each calendar year, the Harrods Rewards points earned during that year will be converted to a cash equivalent, with a value corresponding to £5 for each 500 Harrods Rewards points earned (‘Cash Reward’). Members can also convert their Harrods Rewards points into Cash Reward at any time by logging into their online account (Members must provide 48 hours, advance notice). Any unconverted Harrods Rewards points remaining at the end of the calendar year will be converted into Cash Reward in accordance with the standard conversion process set out above. Any Harrods Rewards points under 500 will not be converted to Cash Reward and will be carried forward to the following calendar year (and will expire after 12 months of inactivity on the Member’s account).

    Any Cash Reward will be credited to the Member’s Rewards card and shown in the current cash balance on their account (‘Current Cash Balance’). The Cash Reward is available for redemption for a period of two years from the date it is issued. Any remaining Cash Reward after this period will expire. Please note: Members may have multiple expiry dates for their Cash Reward depending on the date of issue (please contact our Customer Service team to find out more).

    To redeem the Cash Reward, Members must make a purchase in any participating department at the Harrods Knightsbridge store or H Beauty stores, present their Rewards Card at the time of purchase, and advise the sales associate that they wish to spend their nominated amount of Cash Reward.

    Please note that from time to time we may ask Members to provide identification when presenting their Rewards Card (including redeeming Cash Reward).

    The Cash Reward cannot be used on excluded products or in excluded departments including Gift Cards, Harrods’ restaurants, Harrods airport stores, Harrods Estates, Harrods Aviation and For more information on Harrods Rewards, or to contact Harrods Rewards, see our Harrods Rewards FAQs.     Any refund of an item purchased with Cash Reward will be refunded/returned subject to the terms of the Harrods Rewards programme.

    In line with our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to delay issuing any part of a Cash Reward at our discretion for up to 14 days after purchase.  The ability for Members to convert their Harrods Rewards Points may be subject to seasonal restrictions during Harrods Sale periods.

    Until the account has been settled, Harrods reserves the right to suspend a Member’s Rewards Card where there is a negative current Cash Balance.


    1.5.        Bonus Points

    Members may be eligible to receive bonus Harrods Rewards Points on certain qualifying purchases from time to time. Bonus points offers are subject to the terms and conditions below as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to the individual offer (please see the individual promotional communication for full details including offer validity dates, how to redeem the offer and any brand or other exclusions).

    Bonus points are only available during the validity period stated on the individual promotional communication. Bonus points are not available in conjunction with any other offer (including customer 10% days). Members must present their Rewards Card at the time of redeeming the offer.

    Bonus points are available for all Membership Tiers (on one transaction only) during the stated offer period (excluding any delivery charges), subject to a maximum of 10,000 additional points.

    Bonus points voucher (including barcode) redemptions: where the bonus points offer is included on a voucher, Members will be required to present the original voucher at the time of redeeming the offer. Damaged vouchers or copies, pictures and/or duplications of vouchers will not be accepted. Vouchers are non-transferable, may not be refunded, resold or exchanged for cash or any other item. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

    Happy Birthday bonus points: Members can earn bonus points during the week in which their birthday takes place, being a seven-day period from Monday to Sunday (inclusive). Bonus points will be earned on most transactions (see “Excluded Departments, Brands And Services From Harrods Rewards” section below), subject to presentation of the Members Rewards Card at the time of purchase.

    Please note that bonus points will be automatically credited to the Member’s account, but may not appear until the Member’s next quarterly statement (Members are advised to contact Customer Services if their account has not been updated within 3 months of the qualifying transaction(s)).


    1.6.        Harrods Rewards Benefits

    We regret that some Rewards benefits are temporarily unavailable as a result of additional precautions that we are taking due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please refer to our FAQs for further details. Members will receive benefits (‘Benefits’) according to their level of spend in a calendar year (1st January to 31st December). For details about the spend required for each membership tier (‘Membership Tier’) and Benefits for each Membership Tier, please see below or contact Harrods Rewards. Benefits are subject to availability and Harrods reserves the rights to substitute and/or change the Benefits at any time at its discretion (please note that not all Benefits are available in all of our stores).

    The above benefits are subject to change at Harrods’ discretion and subject to the following terms and conditions. To take advantage of these benefits, you must present a valid Rewards Card when requested:

    Points earned for every £1 spent – Earn points for every £1 you spend at Harrods (excluding The Harrods Outlet, Westfield). Every 500 points will be converted into £5 Cash Reward. Further terms and conditions apply to the Cash Reward. See ‘Cash Reward’ above for further details.

    Exclusive discount days – Enjoy an exclusive discount on your purchases at Harrods Knightsbridge and H Beauty stores on specially selected days throughout the year. Department exclusions apply.

    Extra Rewards points on specially selected days – Earn even more Rewards points on your purchases at Harrods Knightsbridge and H Beauty stores on selected days. Department exclusions apply.

    Invitation to join Mini Harrods – Enjoy exclusive access to our children’s club, specially created for parents and children aged up to 10. For full terms and conditions, please contact Harrods Rewards.

    Complimentary Harrods Magazine – Subscription is activated through the Member’s online Rewards account. Members must opt in to marketing communications to receive the magazine. Available to  UK, USA, Qatar, UAE, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia & South Korea addresses only.

    Complimentary gift boxes (Harrods Knightsbridge only) – As a Member, you can request one gift box when you purchase an item. Restricted to one box per member per day, the gift boxes are only redeemable when requested on the day of purchase. Subject to availability, gift boxes exclude Giftwrapping, are not for sale or resale, and are eligible for Members only. 

    Complimentary UK standard delivery when shopping in-store (Harrods Knightsbridge only) - Eligible for purchases of £250 or over. Standard delivery of 3–5 working days for mainland UK only. Not valid in Furniture & Home Accessories, Technology, Home Decoration & Tableware or Kitchen & Household, or for purchases made with Gift Cards.

    Complimentary tea or coffee in-store (Harrods Knightsbridge only) – Selected cafés and restaurants in Harrods Knightsbridge only (see the current Store Guide for participating cafés and restaurants, marked with the Rewards Programme symbol). One complimentary tea or coffee per Member per day.

    Two extra 10% discount days per year – Two extra 10% days per calendar year per Member to be used across Harrods Knightsbridge and H Beauty stores . You can choose your days online through your Rewards account or by contacting Harrods Rewards – 24 hours’ prior notice required. This is not valid during 10% weekends and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Department exclusions apply.

    Eligibility to apply for the exclusive Harrods American Express® Card – This provides additional Harrods Rewards points and benefits. Application is by invitation only and applicants must be UK residents aged 18 years or older. Approval subject to status, certain exclusions apply.     Complimentary basic alterations (Harrods Knightsbridge only) – Maximum of £25 per Member per day towards the cost of Harrods’ alteration service for items purchased on the day from our Womenswear, Menswear, and Childrenswear departments only (redeemable on the day of purchase only). Only one Rewards Card may be used at one time.

    Invitation to personal shopping – Personalised shopping experience, subject to booking and availability (please note that the personal shopping services available differ between our stores). Separate Terms and Conditions apply.

    Two hours’ complimentary car parking (subject to availability) – In the Harrods car park, Brompton Place, a maximum of two hours per day per vehicle. One benefit permitted per vehicle.


    1.7.         Updates and Changes to the Programme

    Harrods has the right to terminate the Programme or make changes to the terms of the Programme at anytime. Harrods will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. For up-to-date Terms and Conditions, Members should refer to Harrods Rewards Terms & Conditions. A Member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by the continued use of a Rewards Card. Members who are employees of Harrods, their affiliates or partners may be subject to additional rules and restrictions from time to time and will be notified separately.

    At its discretion, Harrods can refuse or revoke any Member’s membership of the Programme, at anytime. In that case, the Member’s Harrods Rewards points will be forfeited and any unused current Cash Balance may be cancelled.


    1.8.         Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions

    Qualifying purchases are those made at Harrods Knightsbridge, Harrods Heathrow and Gatwick airport stores and H Beauty Stores but certain departments, brands and services are excluded from the benefits and offers of the Harrods Rewards Programme, including, but not limited to, those set out below. Please contact Rewards for a full list of exclusions.

    Cash Reward & Harrods Rewards Points: 

    Members cannot earn Harrods Rewards points for, or spend their Cash Reward on: Gift Cards and gift vouchers (including vouchers for gift experiences), prescription medicines, tobacco, purchases via third-party food delivery services (including SUPPER London), delivery charges or banqueting facilities.

    Bonus Points: 

    Members cannot earn bonus Harrods Rewards points on: Harrods Aviation, Harrods Estates, Harrods Car Park, Abercrombie & Kent Private Travel, the pharmacy, fashion alterations, watch repairs, tobacco, postage & package, Design Studio, By Appointment & Beyond and bespoke events.

    Exclusive Discounts: 
    Exclusive discount days: Certain departmental, brand and product exclusions apply (including but not limited to: Fine Jewellery and Watches, Food Halls and Hampers, Restaurants and Cafes, Hair & Beauty Salon, Wellness Clinic, Furniture, Halcyon Gallery, Gift Cards). Please ask instore for a full list of exclusions, including excluded brands. Discount days cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, or exchanged for cash.

    Halcyon Gallery:  

    Members cannot earn Harrods Rewards points (including extra membership tier points and bonus points) on certain purchases of original artworks through the Halcyon Gallery (please ask instore for further details).


    1.9.         General

    Members are personally liable for any and all fees, costs, charges, claims or liabilities (including taxes) of whatever nature arising from their membership of the Programme.

    Members shall notify the Harrods Customer Service team of any change of address or other personal details and of any damage, theft or loss of a Member’s Rewards Card.

    Harrods shall not be liable for any damage, theft, loss or unauthorised use of any Member’s Rewards Card, Cash Reward or Current Cash Balance and Members are strongly advised to keep their Rewards Cards safe and secure.

    If there is any difference between the terms and conditions as set out on and other information provided in relation to the Programme, the terms and conditions on will prevail.

    These terms and conditions do not affect Members’ statutory rights.

    These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


    1.10.         Privacy and Your Data

    Harrods Limited, Harrods Beauty Limited and Harrods International Limited are each independent data controllers of any personal information collected about Members in relation to the Programme.

    Any personal information will be used in accordance with data protection legislation, other applicable laws and these terms and conditions.

    By participating in the Programme, Harrods will collect and store any information provided by the Member to Harrods on enrolment in the Programme and information relating to the Member’s transactions, purchases and participation in the Programme. This will include personal data about the Member including their name, address and purchases from Harrods. Harrods may also collect any publicly available information about the Member to help Harrods to make decisions about the products and services that a Member may be interested in.

    Where Members interact with other Harrods group companies, Harrods may also share this information with those group companies in their capacity as independent data controllers to help those companies provide a more bespoke service to Members (including Harrods Aviation Limited, Harrods Estates Limited, Air Harrods Limited and Harrods Department Store (Shanghai) Co., Limited).

    Harrods (and its group companies, as applicable) will use a Member’s personal information for the following purposes: a) administering the Programme (including the provision of Member Benefits), which may include the sharing of information with carefully selected third party partners to assist with the operation of the Programme; b) where the Member has provided their consent, offering products and services that are likely to be of interest including special events, offers, promotions, publications and catalogues by post, email, phone and/or through any social network and c) market research and statistical analysis.

    1.11.               Peloton Terms and Conditions

    1. Harrods Rewards members who purchase Peloton merchandise of or including bikes, treads, apparel or accessories from the Peloton concession on the fifth floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store (“Peloton Concession”) are eligible to receive Harrods Rewards loyalty points when presenting their Rewards card and providing their Rewards card number to the Peloton sales associate when making a Qualifying Purchase, subject to the remaining terms set out below (“Qualifying Customers”).

    2. Rewards Points are only available on Peloton equipment, apparel, and accessories (“Qualifying Purchases”). Purchases in relation to subscriptions or mobile app purchases or any other services offered by Peloton are excluded. Please ask instore at the Peloton Concession for more information.

    3. In the event that any or all or the Qualifying Purchase items are returned, refunded, or reduced in price the corresponding number of Rewards points will be deduct from the customer’s account.

    4. The contract of sale for all purchases of Peloton goods and services through the Peloton Concession is between the customer and Peloton. All customer services in respect of the sale of Peloton goods and services are the responsibility of Peloton.

    5. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Customers may be eligible to receive 10% discount on customer 10% weekends (please check in store at the Peloton Concession before purchasing). However, please note that Gold tier and Black tier Harrods Rewards customers will not be able to use their nominated 10% days on any Peloton purchases.

    6. This offer is non-transferable and is only available on Qualifying Purchases by the Rewards card holder named on the Harrods Rewards account.

    7. Rewards points on Qualifying Purchases may take up to 3 months to be added to the customer’s account. Any membership tier changes or other changes to programme benefits on the customer Harrods Rewards accounts as a result of the Qualifying Purchase shall only take effect at the time the Rewards points have been added to the customer’s account (and Harrods shall not be liable to the customer for any retrospective benefits changes from the date of the Qualifying Purchase).

    8. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the Harrods Rewards number together with any other details shared with Peloton are accurate. Harrods has no responsibility for the accuracy of any information provided by customers to Peloton and/or any information shared with Harrods.

    9. Harrods decision is final as to the allocation of Rewards points. Harrods has the right to refuse to add Rewards points if the name on the customer order does not match the details held by Harrods for the Rewards card number provided.

    10. Harrods Rewards points are not available on Harrods staff discounted purchases.

    11. By presenting their Rewards card information to the Peloton sales staff, the customer accepts that Peloton will share the customer’s name, contact information, purchase details and Rewards card information with Harrods for the purpose of Harrods verifying the customers details and their eligibility to receive Rewards points on the purchase.
