Carlo Riva's fabrics are woven with old machinery which weaves much slower and narrower than modern looms, bringing a level of softness to the material that no industrially produced denim can replicate. 100Hands applies its full handmade process to that rare cloth – hand-sewn seams, hand-stitched buttonholes and a cutaway collar constructed from a single uncut piece of fabric.
