The Wellness Clinic is located on the Fourth Floor. On arrival you’ll be greeted by a highly knowledgeable member of the front of house team who will take the time to understand your concerns and direct you to a practitioner. The referral is based on treatments offered and availability, but also by approach and demeanour – it's a holistic fit, too.
Consultation
To offer the best possible advice, we encourage you to bring along a list of concerns to your initial consultation. You may be asked to show a particular body part or remove make-up, but rest assured that consultation areas are private and you’ll be provided with everything you need to change
Treatment
Our practitioners can provide you with a bespoke programme and tailored treatment schedule to ensure ultimate convenience and optimum results. Some treatments can begin directly after a consultation depending on expert availability and technical suitability, and for individual appointments, a deposit of 50% of the treatment price is normally required.
Aftercare
Every client is given a dedicated aftercare plan, and the team will be on-hand to assist with further bookings or questions, either after treatment or at a later date. To extend the premium care and service, luxury showers and changing rooms provide a serene space to get ready or unwind post-treatment.

Please note: all treatments require a consultation with our expert staff. This includes cryotherapy.
Full-time services include aesthetics, dentistry, dermatology, fitness, nutrition and holistic therapies. Harrods will also host a selection of guest experts throughout the year, giving clients access to the industry’s leading practitioners, as well as the most innovative and exciting new services and procedures.
Please arrive 15 mins before your appointment or on time for our first appointments of the day when the store opens. Arriving late will reduce your appointment time as each session will finish exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may not be able to proceed with your treatment and we will require you to rebook.
Treatments and personal training appointments that are missed or not rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in your deposit becoming non-refundable. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation takes place more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
