Artisan de la Truffe's parmigiano truffle cream sauce combines the subtle taste of truffle with the warm, nutty character of parmigiano reggiano cheese. It can be used as a pasta sauce, a pizza base or as spread for crackers and can also be added to a risotto; stir it in at the end for a silky, aromatic finish.
