Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the Ruinart’s prestige cuvée, crafted exclusively from Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes, predominantly from the Côte des Blancs. This is the second release aged under cork rather than metal caps – a choice that brings greater tension and complexity. While cork is porous, it offers far more stability over time, allowing the Champagne to develop depth and character. After ageing, the blend is manually disgorged, and a small amount of liqueur is added to achieve its dry Extra Brut style.
