Visa and Bank AlJazira have partnered with Harrods to bring premium cardholders an elevated summer shopping experience. From 1st July to 31st August 2025, eligible Visa and Bank AlJazira cardholders who spend £1,000 or more in-store will receive an exclusive Harrods Experience voucher – including a meal for two and complimentary Personal Shopping appointment.

A Dining Experience for Two 

Enjoy a meal at The Grill on Fifth, worth £130. Located on the Fifth Floor, this is Harrods dining at its finest. Voucher valid for 12 months.

Unlock access to the Harrods Personal Shopping service – normally reserved for Harrods Black tier Rewards customers. 

How to Qualify

Spend £1,000 or more in-store at Harrods Knightsbridge in one day, using an eligible Visa card issued by Bank AlJazira. The qualifying spend can be made: 


– In one single transaction, or across up to three transactions made on the same date 

– Using one of the following cards: Visa Infinite Privileges, Ajwaa Infinite, Ajwaa Signature, Ajwaa Platinum, Visa Infinite and Visa Platinum 


Only purchases made between 1st July and 31st August 2025 are eligible. 

How to Redeem:

To claim your Harrods Experience voucher, follow the steps below on the same day as your qualifying spend. 


Step 1: Visit Customer Service 

Head to Customer Service on the Third Floor and present: 

– Your eligible receipt(s) from the same day (totalling £1,000 or more) 

– Your qualifying Bank AlJazira Visa card 

– Your national ID 

– Your email address 

 

Step 2: Receive Your Dining Experience 

Once your eligibility is confirmed, our Customer Service team will: 

– Request your dining voucher from the Harrods Restaurant Reservations team 

– Offer to assist in booking your preferred date and time (please note reservations are subject to availability) 

– Email the Dining Experience for Two at The Grill on Fifth voucher directly to you

 

Step 3: Book Your Personal Shopping Appointment 

You can arrange your complimentary Personal Shopping appointment in one of two ways: 

– Visit the Personal Shopping reception on the Fifth Floor, or 

– Email the team at [email protected] and quote: VISA [ISSUER] GCC Campaign 2025 


1. The offer is open to all cardholders of Visa issued Bank AlJazira cards in KSA (“Eligible Cards”) who spend £1,000 or more across up to 3 separate transactions (when using their Eligible Card in store at the Harrods Knightsbridge store in London between 1 July 2025 and 30 August 2025 (“Qualifying Customers”) 


2. Qualifying Customers will be eligible to receive a Harrods experience voucher (“Voucher”) for a dining experience for two at The Grill on Fifth restaurant (£130 value) on the fifth floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store. 


3. In order to receive a Voucher, Qualifying Customers must: a. Visit Harrods’ Customer Services on the Third Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store and present the receipt(s) from their qualifying transaction(s), their Eligible Card (or any other form of identification that can prove eligibility) and provide their email address; and b. Qualifying Customers must book in advance to redeem the Vouchers. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made (i) by visiting or calling Harrods Customer Service on (+44) 020 7730 1234 or (ii) via the contact details noted on the Voucher. 


4. The Vouchers will expire within 12 months of issuance. Any Voucher not redeemed by the stated date will be forfeit. 


5. General booking terms and cancellation policies apply to the Vouchers. Please see terms and conditions for the corresponding restaurant at www.harrods-experiences.com/gift-terms-and-conditions, the FAQs on harrods.com or ask in-store for details. 


6. This offer may only be redeemed once during the offer period and Vouchers are limited to one per card holder. 


7. Qualifying Customers will be required to present the original Voucher at the time of redeeming the offer. Copies, pictures and/or duplications of the Voucher will not be accepted. 


8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, to substitute the Vouchers for a voucher of equal or greater value or to cancel this offer at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. 


9. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product. 


10. Whilst the Promoter will endeavor to accommodate the allergy and dietary requirements provided by customers at the time of booking or dining, the Promoter will not be responsible for any adverse effects occurring as a result of customers using the offer including, without limitation, any allergic reactions, or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by customers. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms seeks to exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence. 


11. The Promoter and VISA will not be responsible for any adverse effects occurring as a result of a Qualifying Customer’s use of this offer including, without limitation, any allergic reactions, or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by the Qualifying Customer. 


12. This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
