Harrods Hair & Beauty Salon

To book an appointment at the Hair & Beauty Salon, please email [email protected] with your full name and telephone number, and our front-of-house team will contact you as soon as possible to arrange your booking.


Please note: The Moroccan Spa and Hammam have now permanently closed. You can still shop marocMaroc online and in-store at the Harrods Hair & Beauty Salon.

The Harrods Hair and Beauty Salon offers an array of luxury services, from hairstyling to make-up application and body treatments, as well as premium retail products from the world’s top beauty brands – making it the ultimate destination for beauty on the go.

We are currently not accepting walk-ins. We operate by appointment only so that we can maintain limited customer numbers within our service areas. For last-minute availability, please contact our reservations team on +44 (0)20 7893 8333. The salon is open Monday to Saturday 10am–9pm, and Sunday 11:30am–6pm.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, fill out our compulsory client questionnaire and enjoy light refreshments at reception.


If you arrive late, the duration of your appointment will be shortened accordingly. This is so that your appointment does not delay following clients. We will do everything we can to accommodate late arrivals, and we will try to offer at least part of your booked service (depending on the treatment). In some circumstances, however, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

The Harrods Hair and Beauty Salon is located on the Fifth Floor and is easily accessible via the Door 5 escalators or lifts. So that we can provide a relaxing environment for those using the salon, we ask that visitors switch off their mobile phones.



Should you wish to cancel an appointment, we will fully refund any deposit monies paid, provided that you notify us of your intention to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you miss your appointment or notify us of your intention to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, your deposit will not be refunded. For appointments booked online we will refund you 50% of your payment, as full payment is taken at the time of booking. In unavoidable circumstances, we may need to rearrange or cancel your booking. In these instances, we will liaise with you to arrange a new appointment or treatment at a convenient time.

Customers visiting the Hair and Beauty Salon are not required to wear a face covering, but you are welcome to wear one if it is more comfortable for you.

You can pay for bookings using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You can also pay using a Harrods Gift Card by calling the salon bookings team on +44 (0)20 7893 8333.


Please note: for online bookings, full payment is taken at the time of booking. For bookings made over the telephone or in person, all treatments and services with a value of more than £65 are subject to a deposit payment at the time of reservation (this includes bookings for consultations).

In addition to our usual enquiries prior to booking, we will ask you the following questions over the phone or by email:


Have you had the recent onset of a continuous cough within the last 14 days?

Do you have a high temperature?

Have you noticed a loss of or change in your normal sense of taste or smell in the last 14 days?


You will be asked the above questions again when checking in at the Harrods Hair & Beauty Salon. If you are showing any of the above symptoms, however mild, or you feel unwell, you should stay at home and reschedule your appointment. To do so, please contact our reservations team on +44 (0)20 7893 8333 or by email on [email protected].

You are welcome to leave coats and umbrellas in our cloakroom. Please note: Harrods cannot take responsibility for any items left behind following a treatment.

Children under the age of 14 are welcome in the Harrods Hair and Beauty Salon for a child’s haircut provided that a booking is made by a parent/guardian. They must be accompanied by this adult at all times.


Please note: children are not permitted to accompany their parent/guardian in the treatment rooms. Additional age limits apply to specific services – please ask a member of the front-of-house team for more information. We reserve the right to withhold a particular service if we do not believe an individual meets our age requirements. Please note: certain areas of the Harrods Hair & Beauty Salon are not accessible to those under the age of 18. For more information, please speak to the front-of-house team.

Along with the rest of the Knightsbridge store, our current operating hours are:


Monday to Saturday 10am–9pm, and Sunday 11:30am–6pm.
