This Promotion is only open to Discover Network customers and may only be redeemed in the Baccarat Bar on the Lower Ground Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store. All customers availing the Promotion must be aged 18 or over.
Discover Network customers aged 18 or over, who spend £350 or more in a single transaction in the Harrods Knightsbridge store (“Qualifying Transaction”) between 1st September 2023 to 28th September 2023 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), shall be eligible to receive a welcome drink for two people at the Baccarat Bar on the Lower Ground Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store. The welcome drinks shall be limited to one drink per person and customers must select one of the following options: (i) a cocktail, (ii) a mocktail, or (iii) a glass of champagne (“Welcome Drinks”).
The Promotion will only be available during the Promotion Period and all guests of customers must also be aged 18 or over.
To redeem the Promotion, Discover Network customers must scan the QR code printed on the till receipt of the Qualifying Transaction and follow the link to make a reservation in the Baccarat Bar. Customers must retain a copy of the till receipt relating to the Qualifying Transaction and present this to staff in the Baccarat Bar when attending their reservation. All reservations are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and must take place on or before 31st October 2023, after which the Promotion will be deemed to have expired and reservations which take place after such date will not qualify for the Promotion and the customer will not be entitled to the Welcome Drinks.
Customers may only redeem the Promotion once and will not qualify for the Promotion more than once, even if they complete multiple Qualifying Transactions.
Harrods reserves the right to refuse entry to the Baccarat Bar and/or to provide the Welcome Drinks in the event that (i) the customer fails to present the till receipt of the Qualifying Transaction upon arrival, or (ii) the customer (or their guest) fails to adhere to Harrods’ store policies or the standards of behaviour to be expected.
Customers must provide their and their guest’s allergen and dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Seating in the Baccarat Bar will be allocated at Harrods’ sole and absolute discretion and no guarantees are available or made to customers in relation to seating arrangements.
The food and drink available in the Baccarat Bar will contain alcohol and may contain allergens including, without limitation, shellfish, dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, wheat and soya. Harrods will endeavour to accommodate the allergy and dietary requirements provided by customers and their guests, but this may not be possible and Harrods shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or drink consumed in the Baccarat Bar (including but not limited to allergic reactions), or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by a customer or guest, or any loss or damage to property as a result of attending the Baccarat Bar.
Customers and their guests may be able to substitute an alcoholic beverage for a non-alcoholic beverage. Any additional items ordered by the customer or their guest will be chargeable.
Harrods reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to vary, delay or cancel the Promotion in its sole discretion. Please note that the rules and policies of the Baccarat Bar and the Harrods Knightsbridge store will apply to the Promotion.
These terms are additional to the General Promotions & Events Terms and Conditions which apply to the Promotion and are available at harrods.com/legal/events. By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, customers confirm (on their own behalf and on behalf of any guest (if applicable)) that they have read and agree with these terms and conditions and the General Promotions & Events Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the General Promotions & Events Terms and Conditions, these terms shall apply to the extent required to resolve any such conflict.
By redeeming the Promotion and making a reservation, customers and their guests acknowledge that Harrods needs to process their personal information.
