This special event, hosted at Al Shindagha Museum, marked the Hive’s third year in Dubai. This time, there were creative stations, interactive games and a new panel of inspiring female voices to learn from.

The Harrods Hive is a networking hub that connects industry powerhouses with emerging talent. The Hive launched at Shanghai Fashion Week in 2021, with a pop-up event aimed at deepening Harrods’ connection to those working in the city within fashion, retail and the arts.
After its impressive Shanghai launch, the Harrods Hive has continued to establish its presence as a community that focuses on bringing established and rising talent together. At each event, designers, creatives, entrepreneurs and gamechangers are brought together in inspirational settings that encourage empowering dialogues. Since then, The Harrods Hive has continued to grow and spread, both in China and around the world, with events in Shanghai, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Where will the Hive extend its community to next? Riyadh, 2025
Returning to Riyadh for a second year, The Hive hosted ‘The Connector’ at The Diriyah Gate Development, exploring creativity, global connectivity and innovation in luxury. Highlights included the ‘Growing a Creative Community in the Spotlight’ panel, ‘Stories That Matter: Owning Your Passion & Pioneering Change’ with figures like HRH Prince Saud bin Mouatsem Al Saud, and a discussion on ‘Sparking Innovation Locally through Global Influences’ to enrich Riyadh’s luxury landscape.
Shanghai, 2024
In October 2024, the Harrods Hive returned to Shanghai for a brand-new event at Fotografiska. There were panel talks hosted by fashion expert Constence Liu, as well as networking opportunities, bespoke refreshments and interactive experiences. Guest speakers included supermodel Tian Yi You, etiquette expert Sara Ho and many more industry leaders.
Dubai, 2024
This May, the Hive introduced a new global mentorship programme in Dubai. Special guests at the launch event included Neha Mishra, founder of Kinoya, Achraf Mzily, co-founder of BONE Studio and global retail executive Rania Khatib, who hosted a series of panel talks around the future of experience.
Riyadh, 2024
In January 2024, The Hive landed in Diriyah for another exciting two days of networking and intellectual discussion. This time, the conversation on unpacking luxury was brought to the brightest talent in Saudi Arabia, with a panel of guest speakers that included Basma Bouzo, Rae Josep and Nouf Al Moneef.
Shanghai, 2023
The Hive moved across China in October 2023 for its debut in Shanghai, complete with the melding of creative minds, insightful discussions and more.
Beijing, 2023
On May 18, 2023, all eyes were focused on Beijing and the first-ever Harrods Hive event. Bringing together emerging talents with the brightest minds, the inaugural event saw Beigjing’s pioneering leadership join forces with Harrods in the hope of creating the future blueprint to help China’s new design forces thrive.
Dubai, 2023
The Harrods Hive made its phenomenal debut in the UAE in 2023. The two-day event, hosted at Jossa by Alserkal, included a day of insightful panel discussions from industry leaders, as well as an exclusive mocktail evening and dinner party.
