Our tax-free shipping service allows you to have all your purchases shipped to an international address VAT-free, whether you’re shopping with us in-store at Harrods Knightsbridge or remotely through Harrods Personal Shopping.
How Does Tax-Free Shipping work?
Before you start shopping, you’ll need to visit the Customer Service team on the Third Floor or notify your personal shopper that you’d like to make use of our tax-free shipping service.
You can then shop as normal. When you’re finished, we’ll deduct UK VAT from your final receipt(s). A simple flat-rate delivery charge (dependent on your chosen delivery address) will be added to your final total. Even better, our team can also provide you with an estimate for any local taxes and duties payable upon delivery in the destination country.
And that’s it! Leave the rest with us and we’ll arrange delivery of your items to the specified international address – meaning you’ll have no heavy bags to carry home.
Remember, you can use this service in-store at Harrods Knightsbridge or you can contact Harrods Personal Shopping to use it remotely.
*Only items that are exportable can be purchased with tax-free shipping. A flat-rate fee is applicable to most purchases, but please be aware that, in some cases, further shipping fees may apply. UK VAT will be deducted. Local taxes and duties payable in the destination country may apply.
