Can I park my car at Harrods?
We offer a valet-operated car park in Brompton Place, a two-minute walk from the store. Enter the postal code SW3 1QE into your device as this will take you directly to the car park.
The car park opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 7:30am – 9:30pm
Sunday: 10:30am – 6:30pm
Do I need to book if I wish to visit any restaurants in Harrods?
Do you have disabled access?
Harrods is easily accessible to wheelchair users via any of the front doors along Brompton Road or at Door 3, located at the rear of the store in Basil Street. Alternatively, Door 5 on Hans Crescent is also a convenient entry point and there are lifts for access to the upper floors nearby.
The ground level is flat and security personnel are situated at all doors who will be pleased to assist with entry.
We provide the facility to pre-book the use of a manual wheelchair; please phone +44 (0)20 7730 1234 and we will arrange this for you.
When is your next Sale?
The Harrods Winter Sale will commence at 10:00am on Wednesday 26th December 2018 and finish on Sunday 13th January 2019 at 6:00pm.
How do I sign up to Harrods Rewards programme and what are my benefits?
Please go to our Register page to sign up for a Harrods Rewards card and to register your details.
As a Harrods Rewards member, you will earn:
One point for every £1 spent up to £4,999 in each calendar year;
Two points for every £1 spent between £5,000 and £9,999 in each calendar year; and
Three points for every £1 spent from £10,000 upwards in each calendar year.
What can I expect my Rewards card to look like?
All of our Rewards cards have the same design in black, regardless of your Rewards tier. If you have a Mini Harrods Rewards card, it will be embellished with our Mini Harrods multi-coloured logo.
How will I know if my tier has changed?
We will send you regular quarterly statements telling you how many Rewards points you have earned to date. You can also check your points balance at any time by signing in to your online account.
Can I redeem my Rewards points at any time?
Black tier members can choose to convert their Rewards points to a Cash Reward at any time online or by contacting our Customer Service team at least 48 hours in advance.
For all other tiers, your Cash Reward will be redeemed automatically on the 1st February and can be used until the 31st May in the same calendar year. The amount of your Cash Reward is determined by how many points you collected in the previous calendar year (1st January to 31st December).
