Harrods Gift Experiences can be booked using your unique ID reference in the following ways:
- For Restaurant bookings, please email [email protected] or call +44 (0)20 7225 6800. If you have any dietary requirements, please let our restaurants reservations team know upon booking.
- For Harrods Hair & Beauty bookings, please email [email protected] or call +44 (0)20 7893 8333. If you have any special requests, please let our hair and beauty team know upon booking.
Full details of your Harrods Gift Experience and what it includes will be stated on the voucher sent by post or email. Please take time to carefully read your voucher to understand what you can expect to experience on the day of your booking.
On arrival, you will need to present your Harrods Gift Experience voucher or email. We kindly request that you arrive on time for bookings to enjoy your experience in full.
If you have lost your Harrods Gift Experience voucher or email, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
If you would like to add services to your Harrods Gift Experience, we will accommodate all requests upon booking or on the day, where possible. Please note, you will be charged for any add-ons that exceed the prepaid cost of your experience.
Harrods Gift Experience vouchers will cover full or part payment of your experience unless otherwise stated. For restaurant bookings, a discretionary service charge of 10% will be applied to your bill that can be paid following your experience.
Yes, you can collect Harrods Rewards points when you redeem your experience and scan your card at our Knightsbridge store.
Yes, you have the right to cancel your Harrods Gift Experience within 14 days of receipt by post or email. For more information on our cancellation policy, please read our Terms & Conditions.
If there is something included in your Harrods Gift Experience that you would like to swap out because of a dietary requirement or other factor, please contact our Customer Service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Harrods Gift Experience vouchers are valid for nine months from the day of delivery by post (emailed vouchers cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase). If your voucher has expired and you would like further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team. Your voucher will detail its expiry date.
