Walk-Ins
Due to limited availability we recommend that all clients book in advance. That said, if you are walking by you are welcome to come by and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards as well as cash. We require a credit or debit card in advance to secure all bookings.

Cancelling and Changing Your Booking More than 12 Hours in Advance:
Life happens – so we have made it super easy to cancel or change your appointment. Simply log in to our website or click the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations/changes more than 12 hours before your appointment start time are completely free.
Cancelling, Changing and No Shows within 12 Hours:
No shows and cancellations/changes within 12 hours will result in a charge equal to the cost of the treatment(s) you have booked in for.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time so that you can check-in. If you are running late, please let us know either by email or by telephone.
We run a tight ship and in order to ensure we can provide a high quality service to all clients, arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled booking time may result in the appointment being cancelled and a charge equal to the cost of your treatment(s) being applied.
At Townhouse, your health and safety is our number one priority. As such all of our therapists, unless they are medically exempt, will continue to wear masks and gloves at all times. We also continue to operate enhanced levels of cleaning and sanitisation across our salons and ask that all customers sanitise their hands on arrival.
We encourage, although do not require, customers to wear masks.
We ask customers to not to attend their appointment if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have one or more of the symptoms identified by the NHS.
Children and young adults under 16 are permitted but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. As our locations are working nail salons, it can be dangerous for children to not be closely looked after and we reserve the right to terminate a client’s treatment if their child is posing a health and safety risk to themselves or others or is disturbing other customers due to lack of supervision.
Unless accompanied by an adult, you must be at least 16 years old to receive a treatment. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 may receive treatments but will require a parental consent form to be completed.

Townhouse Gift Cards for H Beauty Milton Keynes are available to buy in store. You can either purchase a specific amount of credit or pre-pay for a specific treatment. Gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase and are valid for online booking or instore. Vouchers are redeemable against Townhouse treatments and retail products.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, they are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
If you love your service, please feel free to leave a cash tip. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to take tips via card. 100% of the tip provided is passed on to your specific therapist.
